Wall mountable seating device
A seating apparatus with one or more support members including one or more attachment points. The attachment points allow for attachment to a seating member for attachment to an attachment location of the one or more support members. The attachment points also allow for attachment to a one or more armrest member for attachment to an attachment location of the one or more support members.
Aircraft seat with internal seat pan return spring mechanism
An aircraft seat assembly including first and second stanchions forming interior spaces open through forward slots. A seat pan is pivotally attached to the stanchions and includes rearward extensions that extend through the forward slots and are received in the interior spaces. First and second spring mechanisms reside in the respective first and second interior spaces and are attached at opposing ends to their respective stanchion and to the seat pan. In use, rotating the seat pan toward a deployed position elongates the first and second elongation springs thereby energizing a return force of the spring mechanisms.
Fence seat device
A fence seat device comprised of a base with at least one track that attaches to a fence and a seat with at least one leg. The device forms a generally chair-like structure that attaches to a fence and can be folded down from the fence and sat on when used in a position facing away from the fence. When not in use, the device can fold upwards onto the fence and locked into said position.

Self-retractable step
A self-retractable step for assisting a user in elevating him or herself above a floor, is disclosed. The self-retractable step comprises a self-retractable foot member and a cylindrical assembly coupled with the self-retractable foot member. The foot member is configured to move from one position to another position. The cylindrical assembly comprises a rotary member, one or more spring members and a protuberance member. The rotary member is configured to move the foot member to a predetermined position. Further, the spring members coupled to the rotary member is configured to self-retract the foot member from the predetermined position. The protuberance member disposed at the cylindrical assembly is configured to act as a stopper to hold the foot member in a predetermined position on retraction by the spring members. The self-retractable step further comprises a load bearing member at a base of the foot member.

Lateral folding units
A lateral folding step unit and/or desk unit including a vertical frame and a plurality of linkages pivotally attached at different heights to the vertical frame by one end of each of the linkages, to provide lateral rotation to the linkages. A leg frame, with at least one leg, is pivotally attached to the opposite end of each linkage whereby laterally translating the leg frame simultaneously pivots the linkages from a first, vertical position to at least one second, horizontal position. At least one of the linkages has a receiving surface to serve as a step, a shelf and/or as a work surface.
