Die casting machine and die casting method
The present disclosure relates to a die casting machine and a die casting method. The die casting machine used in cooperation with a mold (or die) having a die cavity configured to receive molten liquid and includes a plurality of injection mechanisms connected to the mold (or die). Each injection mechanism is provided with an injecting channel through which molten liquid is injected into the die cavity. The plurality of injecting channels are in connection with different positions of the die cavity.

ALUMINIUM ALLOY FOR DIE CASTING, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND DIE CASTING METHOD
Provided is an aluminum alloy for die casting. The aluminum alloy includes: 3-10 wt % silicon (Si); 0.1-2.0 wt % magnesium (Mg); 0.01-1.3 wt % iron (Fe); 0.01-2.0 wt % zinc (Zn); 0.01-1.5 wt % copper (Cu); 0.01-0.5 wt % manganese (Mn); 0.01-0.5 wt % chrome (Cr); 0.01˜2.0 wt % lanthanum (La); 0.0˜12.0 wt % cerium (Ce); 0.0˜12.0 wt % strontium (Sr); rest aluminum (Al); and unavoidable impurities. The aluminum alloy is improved in not only corrosion-resistance but also physical properties.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POWDER-MODIFIED MAGNESIUM ALLOY CHIP
A method for manufacturing a powder-modified magnesium alloy chip for thixomolding includes a drying step of heating a mixture containing an Mg chip containing Mg as a main component, a C powder containing C as a main component, a binder, and an organic solvent to dry the organic solvent contained in the mixture, and a stirring step of stirring the mixture heated in the drying step.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THIXOMOLDING MATERIAL
A method for manufacturing a thixomolding material for thixomolding includes a drying step of heating a mixture containing a first powder that contains Mg as a main component, a second powder, a binder, and an organic solvent to dry the organic solvent contained in the mixture, and a stirring step of stirring the mixture heated in the drying step.
Casting of metals
A method for casting metals under pressure by a cold-chamber method includes placing a bolt of the metal to be cast in one of at least two casting chambers and selecting a casting chamber from the at least two casting chambers and feeding and introducing the selected casting chamber into a diecasting machine, the selected casting chamber having one outlet opening. The selecting and feeding of the casting chambers is carried out alternately from the at least two casting chambers. The method further includes heating the bolt by means of induction. Melting of the bolt in the selected casting chamber is carried out after the feeding and introducing of the selected casting chamber into the diecasting machine but before an opening of the outlet opening of the selected casting chamber in order to fill the cavities is completed.
Casting of metals

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COMPONENT
A method for producing a component from an aluminum alloy using a semisolid method is provided. The alloy contains less than 1.3% by weight of iron and no more than 0.2% by weight of silicon, and the component has sufficient ductility such that the component can be joined to other components by self-piercing riveting, flow drilling, high-speed tack setting, friction welding and/or weld riveting.
Manifold collar for distributing fluid through a cold crucible
Disclosed are embodiments of a temperature regulated vessel and a fluid delivery device, and methods of use thereof. The vessel can be used in an injection molding apparatus and include one or more temperature regulating lines configured to flow a fluid or liquid within the body (e.g., to heat a cold device). The fluid delivery device is mounted in the apparatus and has a collar with an opening extending therethrough to sealingly mate with the vessel. A delivery channel is provided within the collar for directing an input flow of fluid into the vessel. An exit channel can also be provided within the collar for directing an output flow of the fluid from the vessel.

Disclosed are embodiments of a temperature regulated vessel and a fluid delivery device, and methods of use thereof. The vessel can be used in an injection molding apparatus and include one or more temperature regulating lines configured to flow a fluid or liquid within the body (e.g., to heat a cold device).
