A multipurpose workout chair is an exercising equipment that not only can be used for workout training, but also can be used as a chair. The multipurpose workout chair includes adjustment devices and other components acting with each other which allows the multipurpose purpose chair to be changed into various configurations according to different training methods and each of the training methods may be executed by one or more different muscles.

A movable seat such as for use with a gaming device is disclosed and described herein. An example chair includes a chair portion and a base portion. The base portion includes a support member, a slide portion, and a floorplate. The example chair portion is affixed to the support member, and the support member is movably affixed to a mounting plate in the slide portion to enable the chair portion to slide along at least a portion of a length of the floorplate.

A modular attachment system may be provided with the ability to rapidly interchange different peripherals and accessories at different points where modular receivers have been installed. One or more modular receivers may include one or more quick-connect receptacles adapted to receive corresponding one or more quick connectors of one or more peripheral adapters to quickly connect and disconnect the modular peripheral adapters to facilitate rapid reconfiguration of chairs, desks, tables, or other furniture for different applications. The modular receivers may be attached to a desk, table, or other furnishings or manufactured as a part of office, computer, or gaming chairs, desks, tables, or other furnishings.

Furniture is formed from a lie surface divided into two sections and placed on a stationary frame elevated over standing surface by its supports. The frame is tilted to the ground by lengths of its supports. The upper section is attached to the frame by adjustment bolts that change elevation of the section in relation to lower section. The invention relates to a device (5) for supporting and for movably guiding a chair (6) in a slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2), which is provided in a housing (7) and is designed as an elongated hole guide, having a carriage (10) that can be moved in the slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2) and supports a chair receptacle (9) of the chair (6). In order to be able to use this device in a more varied manner, according to the invention, the slotted guide (8, 8.1, 8.2) has at least two slotted guide tracks (13, 14), between which an adjustable track switch (12) is provided in order to transfer the chair (6) out of the one slotted guide track (13) into the other slotted guide track (14), and vice versa.

An ergonomic method for working in confined work spaces is disclosed. The method, in some cases, includes the steps of: a) providing a support structure that is generally in the configuration of a rectangular prism having six faces, a length, width, and a height in which the length, width, and height differ from one another so that the structure provides three different height positions when the support structure is placed on the floor of the workspace; b) placing the support structure with one of its faces in contact with a contoured floor surface in a confined work space; and c) sitting or standing on the support structure.

A photographing seat assembly for taking passport photos of a child includes a seat in which a child can be positioned. A base engaged to a bottom of the seat can be positioned on a substantially horizontal surface so that the seat is supported upon the base.
