POURING FACILITY

A pouring facility includes a mold conveying device configured to convey a mold, a molten-metal discharging container configured to store waste molten metal, and a pouring machine movable on a conveyance path located between the mold conveying device and the molten-metal discharging container, the pouring machine being configured to tilt a ladle in a first direction to pour molten metal into the mold conveyed by the mold conveying device, and tilt the ladle in a second direction opposite to the first direction to discharge waste molten metal into the molten-metal discharging container.

Method for casting cast parts from a molten metal

A casting mold is pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis for casting cast parts in a casting machine. The casting mold has a lid and a reference side wall. A main plane is placed into the reference side wall. A tundish is coupled to the casting mold and the casting mold is then pivoted into a pouring-in position. The tundish filled with a molten metal portion is pivoted with the casting mold about the pivot axis, so that the molten metal flows into the casting mold. An angle 1 enclosed between the main plane of the reference side wall and a bath level of the molten metal portion in the tundish is constantly <180 until the melt hits the bottom of the casting mold.

The present disclosure provides a cutting device. The cutting device includes a shaft, two or more gussets, two or more radial cutting members, and a circumferential cutting member. The shaft extends from a first end to a second end. The two or more gussets include at least a first gusset and a second gusset extending radially away from the shaft. The two or more radial cutting members include at least a first radial cutting member axially supported by the first gusset and a second radial cutting member axially supported by the second gusset. The circumferential cutting member is axially supported by each of the first gusset and the second gusset.
