Lamination shaping powder evaluation method and lamination shaping powder therefor
This invention relates to a method of evaluating a squeegeeing property of powder for lamination shaping by stable criteria. In this method, the squeegeeing property is evaluated using at least a satellite adhesion ratio of the powder and an apparent density of the powder. The satellite adhesion ratio is the ratio of the number of particles on which satellites are adhered to the number of all particles. If the satellite adhesion ratio is equal to or less than 50%, and the apparent density is equal to or more than 3.5 g/cm.sup.3, the squeegeeing property is evaluated as that the powder can be spread into a uniform powder layer in the lamination shaping. Furthermore, if the 50% particle size of a powder obtained by a laser diffraction method is 3 to 250 μm, the squeegeeing property is evaluated as that the powder can be spread into a uniform powder layer in the lamination shaping.
Iron based powder
Disclosed is a new diffusion-bonded powder consisting of an iron powder having 1-5%, preferably 1.5-4% and most preferably 1.5-3.5% by weight of copper particles diffusion bonded to the surfaces of the iron powder particles. The new diffusion bonded powder is suitable for producing components having high sintered density and minimum variation in copper content.

GREEN COMPACT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A green compact according to the present invention is a green compact, which is obtained by compaction-molding raw material powder containing metal powder as a main raw material, the green compact including an oxide film formed between particles of the raw material powder forming the green compact, the oxide film binding the particles of the raw material powder to each other, in which the metal powder to toe used includes metal powder showing a circularity R at a cumulative frequency of 80% of 0.75 or more, the circularity R being expressed by Equation (1), where S represents a two-dimensional projected area of the metal powder and L represents a two-dimensional projected circumferential length of the metal powder.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR 3D PRINTING
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for the formation of three-dimensional objects. A method for forming a three-dimensional object may comprise alternately and sequentially applying a stream comprising a binding substance to an area of a layer of powder material in a powder bed, and generating at least one perimeter of the three-dimensional object in the area. The stream may be applied in accordance with a model design of the three-dimensional object. The at least one perimeter may generated in accordance with the model design.
MIXED SILVER POWDER AND CONDUCTIVE PASTE COMPRISING SAME
A mixed silver powder and a conductive paste comprising the powder are disclosed. The mixed silver powder is obtained by mixing two or more spherical silver powders having different properties from each other. The mixed powder may minimize the disadvantages of the respective types of the two or more powders and maximize the advantages thereof, thereby improving the characteristics of products. In addition, by comprehensively controlling the particle size distribution of surface-treated mixed silver powder and the particle diameter and specific gravity of primary particles, a high-density conductor pattern, a precise line pattern, and the suppression of aggregation over time can be simultaneously achieved.
