Mold for resin injection molding
A mold for resin injection molding 1 having a shaping region formed by a low-density shaped portion 22 and a high-density shaped portion 21 in which each ventilation channel 32 for gas existing between an external region and a molding portion region forms a hollow state surrounded by a peripheral wall having any one or both of the high-density shaped portion 21 and the low-density shaped portion 22, and the secondary vent 33 connecting communicatively with a region molding portion is formed only by a low-density shaped portion 22 with thickness thinner than that of the shaping region.
Process of manufacturing an injection mould component
An injection mold component for molding the outer surface of a preform neck, which allows improved cooling of the preform neck inside the mold, while at the same time reducing the mold cycle time. A related production process of said injection mold component, which allows the section of the cooling channels to be optimized, determining a more effective cooling, is also described.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object includes converting model data of the three-dimensional object into slice data, sintering powder based on the slice data after the conversion, and manufacturing the three-dimensional object by a layered manufacturing process of stacking a plurality of sintered layers. The method includes a part data correction process of correcting positional information of at least one of mutually adjoining part data of the model data of the three-dimensional object, and laying part data on each other by a predetermined amount of overlap, converting the model data corrected in the part data correction process into slice data, and after forming a sintered layer based on the slice data corresponding to one part, forming a sintered layer based on the slice data corresponding to the other part.

STAMPING DIE ADJUSTMENT METHOD
A method of adjusting a stamping die is provided. The method includes providing a two-sided stamping die configured to form parts from sheet metal blanks according to a desired geometry upon closing the die, adjusting the desired geometry of the part, and repeatedly depositing layer upon layer of material onto a first side of the die in a stacked configuration to modify the geometry of the first side of the die such that the die forms parts from sheet metal blanks according to the adjusted desired geometry.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ADDITIVE CASTING OF METALLIC PARTS
A method and an apparatus for additive casting of parts is disclosed. The method may include: depositing, on a build table, a first portion of a mold, such that, the depositing may be performed layer by layer; pouring liquid substance into the first portion of the mold to form a first casted layer; solidifying at least a portion of the first casted layer; depositing a second portion of the mold, on top of the first portion of the mold; pouring the liquid substance into the second portion of the mold to form a second casted layer, on top of at least a portion of the first casted layer; and solidifying at least a portion of the second casted layer. The method may further include joining the first and second casted layers prior to the pouring of a third casted layer.

TURBINE BLADE HAVING AN INNER MODULE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TURBINE BLADE
A turbine blade having a casing and having an inner module, wherein a cooling medium can flow through the inner module both in a longitudinal direction and in a radial direction, and the inner module is attached to the casing by fixed bearings and floating bearings. A method for producing a turbine blade having an inner module and having a casing is produced by selective laser melting.
METHOD FOR FORMING SINGLE CRYSTAL COMPONENTS USING ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING AND RE-MELT
A method is provided for manufacturing a component. This method includes additively manufacturing a crucible for casting of the component. A metal material is directionally solidified within the crucible to form a metal single crystal material. A sacrificial core is removed to reveal a metal single crystal component with internal passageways. A component is provided for a gas turbine engine that includes a metal single crystal material component with internal passageways. The metal single crystal material component was additively manufactured of a metal material concurrently with a core that forms the internal passageways. The metal material was also remelted and directionally solidified.
