High-temperature component, production method for high-temperature component, and flow rate control method
A high-temperature component including a plurality of cooling passages through which the cooling medium can flow, a header connected to respective downstream ends of the plurality of cooling passages, and one or more outlet passages for discharging the cooling medium flowing into the header to outside of the header. The one or more outlet passages are less in number than the plurality of cooling passages. Respective minimum flow passage cross-sectional areas of the one or more outlet passages are not less than respective flow passage cross-sectional areas of the plurality of cooling passages in a connection between the header and the cooling passages. A sum of the respective minimum flow passage cross-sectional areas of the one or more outlet passages is less than a sum of the respective flow passage cross-sectional areas of the plurality of cooling passages in the connection between the header and the cooling passages.
SOLUTION FOR MANUFACTURING A ONE-PIECE BLADED DISC
A method for manufacturing an integrally formed bladed disk of a turbomachine, includes manufacturing a plurality of blades, the blades including a root and a profiled portion; and spark plasma sintering the blades with a metal powder, the blades being angularly distributed over a contour of an annular spark plasma sintering mold, the root of the blades being embedded into the metal powder, the profiled portion of the blades protruding from the metal powder radially outwardly.
Gas Turbine Vane and Assembly in Lattice-Structure Cooling Type
Provided is a gas turbine vane and blade assembly in which lattice structures are installed between an impingement plate and an effusion plate. The gas turbine vane and blade assembly is capable of enhancing cooling efficiency in an impingement/effusion cooling technique.
In addition, the gas turbine vane and blade assembly can be manufactured using an additive manufacturing technique, and the lattice structures are capable of replacing supports that are used during an additive manufacturing process, and improving not only structural rigidity and stability but also cooling performance.
Stators and rotors with varying insulative density
An electric machine includes a plurality of printed layers arranged to form a stator having an outer periphery and teeth extending radially inward from the outer periphery. Each of the printed layers includes discrete portions of metal and discrete portions of insulation. The discrete portions of insulation define a contiguous network of insulative boundaries separating discrete cells formed by the discrete portions of the metal. A volume of the discrete cells within the outer periphery is greater than a volume of the discrete cells within the teeth such that a reluctance of the teeth is greater than a reluctance of the outer periphery.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN IMPACT-RESISTANT COMPONENT, AND CORRESPONDING IMPACT-RESISTANT COMPONENT
A method for producing an impact-resistant component, in particular a component of a turbomachine, such as an aircraft engine, and a corresponding component. The component is produced at least partially by an additive manufacturing method from a powder material in such a way that the component is formed at least in a first region from a material with a first toughness and at least in a second region from a material with a second toughness, the second toughness being greater than the first toughness, and wherein the second region is formed, at least in a part of the component, as a continuous or interrupted layer, preferably parallel to the surface of the component, at a distance from the surface of the component.
Measuring device comprising at least one fluid channel for guiding a measurement fluid
A measuring device with at least one fluid channel for conveying a measuring fluid, wherein the fluid channel includes at least one inlet for the entry of the measuring fluid into the fluid channel and at least one outlet for the exit of the measuring fluid from the fluid channel. The fluid channel includes a diamond-shaped cross-section and includes a course from the at least one inlet to the at least one outlet over which the measuring fluid entering the fluid channel is deflected by at least 90° before the measuring fluid exits the fluid channel at the at least one outlet.
