COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME
Disclosed are collapsible beds and bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes first and frame units disposed side by side and connected with each other at their proximal sides. Each of the first and second frame units comprises a plurality of bar units. Adjacent bar units are connected with each other and rotatable with respect to each other along one or more axes each substantially perpendicular to a first plane defined by a top surface of the collapsible bed frame when it is expanded. The first and second frame units can contract and expand while remaining on the first plane and while connected with each other.
CONNECTORS FOR COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME AND COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME HAVING SAME
Disclosed are connectors and collapsible bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes lateral and longitudinal bar units. Between each of two adjacent lateral bar units, a first longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a first side of the collapsible bed frame and a second longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a second side of the collapsible bed frame. The first and second longitudinal bar units and the two adjacent lateral bar units are rotatably connected with each other by connectors that enable the collapsible bed frame to contract and expand while the lateral and longitudinal bar units are connected with each other.
COUPLER AND COLLAPSIBLE BED FRAME HAVING SAME
A collapsible bed frame includes a first lateral bar unit, a second lateral bar unit, and a longitudinal supporting bar unit. The first and second lateral bar units are disposed substantially parallel to each other. The first lateral bar unit includes a first coupler to removably couple with a first end of the longitudinal supporting bar unit. The second lateral bar unit includes a second coupler to removably couple with a second end of the longitudinal supporting bar unit. The collapsible bed frame also includes first and second longitudinal bar units. The first longitudinal bar unit is rotatably connected with the first ends of the first and second lateral bar units. The second longitudinal bar unit is rotatably connected with the second ends of the first and second lateral bar units.
Assemblable Mattress Support Whose Side Panels, Headboard and Footboard Fit Inside A Single Packing Box
An assemblable mattress support can be shipped with all of its components compactly packed into the headboard. The mattress support includes a foldable longitudinal bar, a lateral bar, side panels, wooden slats, block legs and a footboard, all of which fit inside a compartment in the headboard. In an assembled state of the mattress support, a first connector at one end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a third connector on the outside of the headboard. A second connector at the other end of the longitudinal bar attaches to a fourth connector on the footboard. The middle of the lateral bar connects to the middle of the longitudinal bar. The block legs are attached to the bottom sides of the headboard and footboard. The slats are attached to one another by fabric ribbons and are placed in parallel over the longitudinal bar and support ledges on the side panels.
Collapsible bed foundation
Provided is a mattress foundation that includes: a headboard end panel assembly; a footboard end panel assembly; a left side panel assembly; and a right side panel assembly. The left side panel assembly detachably attaches to the headboard end panel assembly and to the footboard end panel assembly, and the right side panel assembly detachably attaches to the headboard end panel assembly and to the footboard end panel assembly. Each of the left side panel assembly and the right side panel assembly comprises two side panel subassemblies that are attached together end-to-end when in use but that can be arranged substantially parallel to each other when not in use.
EASY-ASSEMBLY BED, MULTIPURPOSE TABLE, AND TRANSPORTATION LIGHTWEIGHT BOARD
An easy-assembly bed includes a top plate, and a leg portion having a plurality of leg members that are linked using notched joints. The top plate is constituted of a bonded material, which includes a plate-shaped foam plate formed with a foam body, and a front board member and a rear board member having an identical shape to the foam plate and that are bonded to the rear surface and the front surface of the foam plate, respectively, and a top plate molded resin portion overing the cut ends of the bonded material with a molded resin; and the leg members are each constituted of a grooved bonded material, which includes a plate-shaped grooved foam plate having locking grooves and formed with a foam body, and a grooved front board member and a grooved rear board member on the front surface and the rear surface of the grooved foam plate.
QUICK ASSEMBLY FURNITURE
A quick assembly furniture is provided and comprises at least three slabs, each of the slabs has two surfaces and at least three edges, the slabs are linked to each other, the edges of one of the slabs are linked to the surfaces of others so as to form a three-dimensional configuration; and a plurality of assembly units, respectively including a positioning pin and an assembly groove; wherein during assembly, the positioning pins are clamped and fixed within the assembly groove. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture can be quickly completed without the use of tools.
HEADBOARD STRUCTURE
A headboard structure having an upper connecting rod, a lower connecting rod, two supporting rods and a plurality of longitudinal telescopic rods; the two supporting rods are spaced part from each other and disposed at a left and a right side of the headboard structure respectively, and the upper connecting rod and the lower connecting rod are arranged between the two supporting rods and spaced part from each other along an up-down direction, and are detachably connected to the two supporting rods. Due to the longitudinal telescopic rods, sub-rods can be retracted into the sleeve pipes, so that the overall height of a headboard is reduced, the packaging size is reduced, and the transportation and package costs are reduced.
BED FRAME ASSEMBLY
A bed frame assembly, having four bed feet, two transverse support frames, and two longitudinal support frames; each bed foot is connected with one corresponding transverse support frame and one corresponding longitudinal support frame. At least one connection bar piece is arranged on each of a first side and a second side of each transverse support frame, and the connection bar piece is inserted to a corresponding bed foot and is locked by a corresponding fastener, so that the transverse support frame is more convenient and faster to assemble. The bed frame can be disassembled into the bed feet, the transverse support frames and the longitudinal support frames, which facilitates packaging and transportation.
BED FOUNDATION AND METHODS FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME
A bed foundation includes a frame and one or more panels positioned on top of the frame to define an upper surface of the bed foundation for supporting a mattress. The frame includes a plurality of rails which, when assembled together, at least partially define the frame. The plurality of rails are comprised of a thermoplastic foam that is lighter than wood or other similarly- or heavier-weighted materials commonly utilized in the construction of bed foundations, thereby facilitating easier shipping, lifting, carrying, and assembly of the bed foundation. The one or more panels can also be comprised of thermoplastic foam. The frame can further include a plurality of brackets to interconnect select rails of the frame. A kit for a bed foundation and a method of assembling a bed foundation are also provided.
