BED SKELETON OF IRON FRAME BED
A bed skeleton of an iron frame bed comprises a rectangular frame, a plurality of frame rods, and two or three longitudinal beams. The rectangular frame comprises two transverse rods and two longitudinal rods. A length of each of the two transverse rods is greater than a length of each of the two longitudinal rods. The two or three longitudinal beams divide the rectangular frame into three or four individual cells. The plurality of frame rods are evenly disposed in the three or four individual cells. Each of the plurality of frame rods is arranged transversely. A length of each of the plurality of frame rods is shorter than a length of each of the two or three longitudinal beams, and each end of each of the plurality of frame rods is connected to one of the two longitudinal rods or one of the two or three longitudinal beams.
Bed air control system
A bed system includes microclimate control capabilities for providing quality sleep experience. The bed system can include a microclimate control subsystem configured to supply conditioned air (e.g., heated or cooled air) to a mattress, or draw ambient air from the mattress, to achieve a desired temperature at the top of the mattress. Utilizing supply of conditioned air to provide air at desired temperature to the mattress system, or utilizing air suction to drain heat away from the mattress system, can provide precise microclimate control at the mattress, thereby permitting conformable sleep.
Power consumption monitor and control for bed

HEADBOARD
A headboard includes a first headboard, a second headboard, a third headboard, and a fourth headboard. The first headboard includes a first panel and a first accommodating groove formed on a back of the first panel. The second headboard is detachably connected to the first headboard and includes a second panel and a second accommodating groove formed on a back of the second panel. The third headboard is detachably connected to one side of the first headboard and/or the second headboard. The third headboard defines a third accommodating groove. The fourth headboard is detachably connected to the other side of the first headboard and/or the second headboard. A size of the first accommodating groove is same as a size of the second accommodating groove. A size of the third headboard is mirror-symmetrical to a size of the fourth headboard.
System for Adjusting the Firmness of a Substrate
A system for adjusting the firmness of a substrate configured to support a subject includes a first rod configured to be movable by a mechanism, a second rod parallel to and spaced from the first rod a distance that spans a majority of a dimension of the substrate, and flexible straps extending between the first rod and the second rod and attached to the first rod and the second rod at respective ends of each flexible strap. The mechanism is configured to move the first rod in a first direction to increase tension on the flexible straps and move the first rod in a second direction to decrease tension on the flexible straps. The mechanism can be manually operated by the subject or can be a motor that is controlled by a controller.
Adjustable Foundation with Service Position
A foundation for a bed system can include an actuator, a deck mechanism operably related to the actuator so as to be actuated between raised and lowered positions in response to actuation by the actuator, and a controller operably connected to the actuator and configured to drive the actuator to actuate the deck mechanism between a lower position and an upper position. The deck mechanism can be configured to move to a service position that is further than the upper position. The deck mechanism can expose and permit access to a serviceable component when the deck mechanism is in the service position. A method of using a foundation having a service position is also described.
Bed With Magnetic Couplers
A magnetic coupler for attaching a mattress to a bed foundation includes a magnet assembly, a target assembly, and a shunt. The magnet assembly includes a housing and a magnet, wherein the housing is configured to couple the magnet to the mattress. The target assembly is configured to couple a target to the foundation. The shunt is disposed within the housing of the magnet assembly or in the mattress. The magnet assembly and the target assembly are releasably attached when the magnet is magnetically coupled to the target.
Sleeping or reclining furniture, analyzing unit for a sensor of sleeping or reclining furniture, and method for analyzing signals of a sensor
The invention relates to an analyzing unit (9′) for connecting to at least one sensor (12) which can be coupled to sleeping or reclining furniture in order to detect vibrations, movement, and/or sound. The analyzing unit (9′) is designed to process and analyze the signals of the at least one sensor (12) and detect physiological parameters (P) of a person using the sleeping or reclining furniture, and the analyzing unit (9′) is designed to transmit data to or exchange data with at least one external component. The invention further relates to a method for analyzing signals of at least one such sensor (12) and to sleeping or reclining furniture, in particular a bed (1), comprising at least one such sensor (12).
Sleeping or reclining furniture and electric motor furniture drive for such furniture
The invention relates to an electric motor furniture drive for sleeping or reclining furniture, comprising a number of adjusting motors (7, 8) for moving at least one movable furniture component relative to an additional furniture component by means of an electric motor and comprising a manual operation unit (10) for operating the adjusting motors (7, 8). The electric motor furniture drive is characterized in that at least one sensor (12) is provided for detecting vibrations and/or sound, said sensor being coupleable to the sleeping furniture, and an analyzing unit is provided which is connected to the at least one sensor (12). The analyzing unit is designed to process and analyze the signals of the at least one sensor (12) and detect physiological parameters of a person using the sleeping or reclining furniture.
