A stairway for a bunk bed supported on a horizontal surface and having an upper bed and a lower bed both supported by four corner supports includes a rear plate fixed with the bunk bed and having two or more step supports. A front plate has two or more inverted step supports and a lower end. Two or more steps are each pivotally fixed with at least one hinge to one of the step supports of the rear plate and, with at least another of the hinges, to a corresponding one of the step supports of the front plate. As such, with the front plate in a lowered position, each step is in a substantially horizontal orientation. With the front plate lifted into a raised position each step pivots into a substantially vertical orientation as the front plate and rear plate meet, preferably in substantially coplanar alignment.

A vertical support member is coupled with and supported by the horizontal support member. A plurality of securing members are coupled to the vertical support member. A flexible storage member is fixedly secured to the plurality of securing members at a first edge and selectively attached to the plurality of securing members at a second edge. The flexible storage member is operable between a stowed position and a use position. The stowed position is defined by the flexible storage member being at least partially concealed from view. The use position is defined by the flexible storage member forming an interior storage space that is contained within the flexible storage member and supported by the plurality of securing members.

A table for a vertical partition includes a cutout defining a table board that has at least a table bottom edge and two opposing cutout side edges. The table board is pivotally attached at the table bottom edge with at least one bi-directional hinge to the cutout bottom edge. The table board has an elongated slotted bracket pivotally fixed with a pivot bracket to one of the two opposing table side edges. Each slotted bracket is slidably constrained by a retention pin fixed with one of the two opposing cutout side edges. With the table board fixed within the cutout in a raised position, the table board may be pushed to one side of the vertical partition or the other, the bi-directional hinges pivoting the table board down until the retention pin reaches an end of the slotted bracket to maintain the table board in a substantially horizontal position.

A table for a vertical partition includes a cutout defining a table board that has at least a table bottom edge and two opposing cutout side edges. The table board is pivotally attached at the table bottom edge with at least one bi-directional hinge to the cutout bottom edge. The table board has an elongated slotted bracket pivotally fixed with a pivot bracket to one of the two opposing table side edges. Each slotted bracket is slidably constrained by a retention pin fixed with one of the two opposing cutout side edges. With the table board fixed within the cutout in a raised position, the table board may be pushed to one side of the vertical partition or the other, the bi-directional hinges pivoting the table board down until the retention pin reaches an end of the slotted bracket to maintain the table board in a substantially horizontal position.

A table includes a table top made of plastic material, at least one receiving device, and a supporter. The table top has a flat table surface and a bottom surface. The receiving device has a receiving cavity. The supporter is for supporting the table top and keeping the table surface of the table top in a horizontal condition. The supporter is arranged at the bottom surface of the table top. The receiving device is arranged on the supporter.

A seat 100 moveable between a seat configuration and a bed configuration, the seat 100 comprising a squab 120 including upper and lower cushions 126, 124, a conversion mechanism configured to move the squab 120, for converting the seat 100 between the seat and bed configurations, and a backrest 122 connected to the squab 120 or conversion mechanism, for moving with the squab 120, the squab 120 being laterally displaceable by the conversion mechanism between a first position in the seat configuration and a second position in the bed configuration, and the backrest 122 being configured to occupy a space at an end of the squab 120 which is made available by lateral displacement of the squab 120 into the second position, and the upper cushion 126 of the squab 120 being movable relative to the lower cushion 124 for covering the backrest 122 in the bed configuration.

A convertible bed may have a headboard including one or more panels and one or more functional features disposed on the headboard. The functional features may be electronic features. The functional features may be concealed by the headboard in a closed configuration where the headboard appears uniform. In an open configuration one or more functional features on the headboard are visible. The convertible bed may include one or more of an ambient lighting source, a motion sensor operative to control the ambient lighting source, a multifunctional supporting leg, and a power button.
