NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINE AND CUTTING METHOD
The present disclosure provides a numerical control machine and a cutting method. The numerical control machine includes a workpiece seat for fixing a workpiece, a cutting tool, a non-contact measurement component for measuring a contour of a surface to be machined of the workpiece, a power component and a control component. The workpiece seat is rotatable relative to the cutting tool or the non-contact measurement component under driving of the power component, and/or the cutting tool is rotatable relative to the workpiece seat under the driving of the power component. Both the cutting tool and the non-contact measurement component are mounted on the numerical control machine, and distances from the workpiece seat to both is adjustable. The control component is electrically connected with the non-contact measurement component and the power component.
SPINDLE DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
A spindle device includes: a spindle shaft; a first housing configured to house the spindle shaft to which a gas is supplied, the first housing having a bearing that rotatably supports the spindle shaft; a motor located at an end of the spindle shaft and configured to rotate the spindle shaft; a second housing configured to house the motor, the second housing being joined to the first housing; and a duct having one end located at the bottom of a space inside the second housing and another end projecting from the second housing.
Flooring system
This invention relates to a method for adhering floor tiles together and the flooring system thereby created. The method utilizes individual adhesive units as fasteners for attachment of each floor tile to the next contiguous floor tile. The adhesive units are a multi-layered composite comprised of at least one adhesive layer and at least one layer of polymer film or textile substrate. When a series of floor tiles are attached to one another in this manner, a floating floorcovering article is achieved.
MACHINING DEVICE
A machine tool configured to attach multiple tools to a turret is provided to improve the efficiency of a tool exchanging operation and, thus, also the production efficiency. A control device determines whether an expired tool, which is a tool needs to be exchanged, is present among the tools held by the turret. The control device sets a tool exchanging position, which is a position within the movable range of a head section and is a position where the expired tool is exchanged with a new tool. If the control device determines that an expired tool is present, the control device causes a head section driving device to move the head and rotate the turret to position the expired tool at the tool exchanging position.
Vertical lathe
A vertical lathe, including: a headstock provided on the upper side of a base so as to be capable of moving in the lateral direction and the vertical direction; a main spindle rotatably supported by the headstock; a workpiece chuck provided at the lower end section of the main spindle; a turret support stand provided so as to be capable of moving in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the lateral direction and the vertical direction; an actuator for moving the turret support stand in the longitudinal direction; a turret having tool mounting parts provided at a plurality of circumferential positions, the turret being supported by the turret support stand so as to enable turn-indexing about the axis in the longitudinal direction; and a plurality of processing tools attached at each of the tool mounting parts so as to be set apart from each other in the longitudinal direction.

MACHINE TOOL SYSTEM
A machine tool system of the present invention includes a rotatable spindle capable of releasably gripping a bar, a pusher that biases the bar from a rear end thereof toward a front end thereof to be movable together with the bar in a Z1-axis direction thereof, and an abnormality determining unit that determines whether an abnormality occurs by monitoring movement of the pusher in the Z1-axis direction. The spindle is movable in the Z1-axis direction, and the abnormality determining unit determines that a first abnormality occurs when the moving distance of the spindle differs from the moving distance of the pusher in a state that the spindle grips the bar.
