The housing includes an air intake opening and a deflector to inhibit the fluid from entering the housing through the air intake opening, and rotation of the fan draws an airflow into the housing through the air intake opening.
Reciprocating tool
A reciprocating tool includes a motor, a reciprocating member, and a crank mechanism. The motor is disposed in a housing. The reciprocating member projects from the housing. The crank mechanism converts rotation of a rotation shaft of the motor into reciprocation of the reciprocating member. The crank mechanism rotates around an axis ma lateral direction by rotation transmission from the rotation, shaft, and the crank, mechanism includes a crank member having an eccentric pin, a connecting rod coupling the eccentric pin to the reciprocating member, and a balancer coupled to the eccentric pin, and the balancer is supported by the eccentric pin alone in the housing.
Hand tool support device and method
A hand tool support device includes an attachment bracket, at least one armband, at least one transfer rod, and a flexible connector. The attachment bracket is configured to be attached to a hand tool body of a powered hand tool having a hand tool grip configured to be held by a user. The hand tool body has a tool bit rotatable about and/or reciprocative along a tool axis. The armband is configured to receive a forearm of the user. The armband has an armband axis. The transfer rod extends between and couples the armband to the attachment bracket. The flexible connector is included at a lengthwise location of the transfer rod and enables movement of the armband axis relative to the attachment bracket, and absorbs at least one of torque, vibration, and shock on the gripping hand, wrist, and forearm of the user.
Protection tool for an electronic drill
A protection tool for an electronic drill provides various functions when drilling is carried out. The electronic drill has a front end with a through hole located at the front end and a drill head extending through out the through hole. The protection tool is moveably mounted at the front end of the electronic drill along an operation direction. A guard plate includes a pore aligning with the through hole and provides pass way for the drill head. A supporting frame is assembled with the guard plate and is moveably mounted at the front end of the electronic drill along the operation direction, so that the guard plate is positioned at a variable distance from the front end according to the movement of the supporting frame with respect to the front end.
ELECTRIC POWER TOOL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A covering member made of a resin is integrally molded with a sensor substrate of a brushless motor in a circular saw by low-temperature, low-pressure injection molding. The covering member covers rotation detecting elements, a thermistor, resistors, and connecting portions (terminals) of lead wires that serve as electrically conductive portions conducting electric currents.
Electric rotary tool
A housing holding a stator has increased rigidity. A vibration driver drill includes a motor including a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, a gear case in front of the motor, a gear in the gear case to receive rotation of the rotor, an output shaft protruding frontward from the gear case to receive rotation from the gear, an integral cylindrical housing accommodating the motor and including a front portion with an opening and a rear portion closed, a gear case housing connected to the front portion of the integral cylindrical housing and including a right part and a left part and holding the gear case, and a grip housing extending downward from the gear case housing.
The crank mechanism rotates around an axis in a lateral direction by rotation transmission from the rotation shaft, and the crank mechanism includes a crank member having an eccentric pin, a connecting rod coupling the eccentric pin to the reciprocating member, and a balancer coupled to the eccentric pin, and the balancer is supported by the eccentric pin alone in the housing.
Drill for drilling railway sleepers
A drill (1) for drilling railway sleepers comprises a support structure (2), a motor unit (3) supported by the support structure (2), a handle (4) connected to the support structure (2), at least one control member (5) arranged at the handle (4) for actuating the motor (3), a spindle (7) supported by the support structure (2) and operable by the motor (3), to rotate about a spindle axis (16), wherein a drilling tip (8) can be coupled to said spindle, a protective casing (11) connected to the support structure (2) and sliding in the direction of the spindle axis (16) between an axially protracted position, in which it envelops the tip (8) and an axially retracted position, in which the tip (8) protrudes from the protective casing (11), wherein the handle (4) comprises two gripping portions (36, 37), for the user's two hands, situated on two diametrically opposite sides of the drill (1) with respect to the spindle axis (16), and the motor unit (3) comprises an electric motor which can be powered by means of a rechargeable and replaceable battery (6).
Hand-held power tool with a motor support for a drive motor
A hand-held power tool, in particular a hammer drill, includes a tool holder and a housing which has two housing half-shells. The hand-held power tool further includes a drive unit for driving a tool holder arranged in the housing. The drive unit includes at least one drive motor arranged in a motor support and a gear unit arranged in a gear unit housing. The motor support is connected directly to at least one of the two housing half-shells via at least one non-positive connection and at least one positive-locking connection. A relevant fastening axis is assigned to the at least one non-positive connection and to the at least one positive-locking connection. The fastening axis is arranged at right angles to and at a distance from an axis of rotation assigned to the tool holder.
Counterbalance system for upper horizontal surface drilling operations
A counterbalance system employs one or more springs to support a large motor drill on an upper horizontal work surface, for example on the tops of drill jigs or bushings. The counterbalance system supports the drill above the work surface where the counterbalance system can slide across the work surface to selectively position the drill over a drill bushing through which a drilling operation is to be performed. A user of the drill supported on the counterbalance system can then push downwardly on the drill to compress the spring and perform a drilling operation. On removal of the downward directed force exerted by the user of the drill, the spring pushes the drill upwardly to disengage the drill from the work surface. The user of the counterbalance system can then slide the counterbalance system and the drill across the top of the work surface.
