Lug nut removal tool
A lug nut removal tool enables a user to remove a seized lug nut from a threaded stud. The lug nut removal tool comprises a drill bit which is drilled through a guide which can be adjusted in size by a collar. The drill bit comprises a plurality of blades separated by slots; the plurality of blades are mechanically coupled to cutting edges. The guide comprises guide slots which can be used to align the guide about the seized lug nut. In this manner, the user can attach the guide onto the seized lug nut and tighten the guide with a set screw. Then the user can attach the drill bit onto an air drill to cutting edge out the seized lug nut.
Cutting tool replacement member and cutting tool body
A cutting tool replacement member including: a lower surface which serves as a seating surface; an upper surface opposed to the lower surface; and a side surface connected to the upper surface and the lower surface. In a top view, the upper surface includes, in an intersection between the upper surface and the side surface, a reference side edge and an inclined side edge inclined relative to the reference side edge. The side surface includes a first side surface part connected to the reference side edge of the upper surface, and a second side surface part connected to the inclined side edge of the upper surface. At least one of the first side surface part and the second side surface part is provided with an overhanging part that, in a top view, protrudes outwardly with respect to the reference side edge or the inclined side edge.
HOLE-DRILLING GUIDING DEVICE
A hole-drilling guiding device includes a base including a bottom seat and two vertical seats extending upward from the bottom seat. The bottom seat has a bottom surface including two coupling bar fixation sections. Two rotary seats are respectively and rotatably coupled to the vertical seats. A rotary knob is coupled to one of the rotary seats. A handle is coupled to the other one of the rotary seats. Two guide posts are received through the rotary seats. A chuck seat is fit to the guide posts. A chuck is rotatably mounted to the chuck seat. Two coupling bars are provided, each including a bar body, a rotation driving section at one end of the bar body, and a first fixation section at an opposite end of the bar body. The first fixation sections of the coupling bars are selectively and removably coupled to the coupling bar fixation sections of.
Targeting system for portable drill press
A targeting tool releasably holds a portable drill press on a work piece while drilling a hole in the work piece. The portable drill press includes a tubular column with an open bottom end and a mechanical advantage device. The mechanical advantage device moves a drill up and down along the tubular column. A targeting base includes a base for releasable engagement with the work piece, an upstanding post affixed to the base that is adapted for engagement with the open end of the tubular column, and optionally, a drill guide in the base through which a drill bit passes as the drill moves up and down along the tubular column.
JIG FOR FIREARM LOWER RECEIVER MANUFACTURE
A machining tool assembly is provided for machining a blank to form a firearm lower receiver. The assembly includes a pair of side plates positionable on opposed sides of the blank to capture the blank therebetween. A template plate having a template aperture is adapted to be removeably attachable to the side plates. The template aperture is aligned with a top surface of the blank and is adapted for machining a cavity within the blank having a peripheral contour complimentary to a peripheral contour of the template aperture. A centering mechanism is adapted to be removeably attachable to the template plate, with the centering mechanism including an opening aligned with a corresponding void formed on the blank to align the blank with the template plate.
System and Method for Connecting a Compression-Type Coupling to a Coated Conduit
A tool for removing a coating from an end of a coated conduit comprising a metallic conduit having an outer diameter and a polymeric material applied over the outer diameter thereof is provided. The tool comprises: a guide member having an outer diameter sized to fit within an internal diameter of the metallic conduit; and a cylindrical cutting member having a substantially closed first end rotatably connected to an arbor, a substantially open second end, and a plurality of teeth elements. The cylindrical cutting member has an inner diameter that is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the metallic conduit such that when the cylindrical cutting member is rotated, the teeth elements remove the polymeric material from the outer diameter of the metallic conduit.
Guide device for a cutting tool
A guide device comprising a hollow body configured to receive a drill bit, the hollow body having a first end; a second end; and a continuous section intermediate the first end and the second end; an opening extending from the first end through the continuous section to the second end; and at least one aperture located on the hollow body intermediate the first and second end of the hollow body.
Industrial High Speed Micro Drill
The present invention discloses an industrial high speed micro drill that is made to access remote and inaccessible locations in order to blend, grind, polish and cut materials and parts as determined by visual inspection powered via a pneumatic power source. The high speed drill is deployed by a controlled, articulating guide tube that acts in a multidirectional fashion to direct the action of the assemblage and allow for discrete manipulation of the pneumatically powered drill while harboring a channel and pneumatic power source carrying rubber tubing.
Adjustable pocket-cutting device
An adjustable pocket-cutting device includes a body, a router, an actuation lever assembly, and a stop lever assembly. The actuation lever assembly includes an actuation lever pivotally mounted on the housing at an actuation lever pivot, a router mount, and pivots from a retracted position to a deployed position. The stop lever assembly adjustably limits the sweep of the router bit into the work clamped to the worktop and includes a stop lever adjustably mounted to the housing, a stop pin extending through a clearance opening in the housing and across a thickness of the actuation lever such that it abuts against an abutment surface of the actuation lever to limit the sweep of the router bit as the router assembly pivots to the deployed position. A method of using the adjustable pocket-cutting device is also disclosed.
Rotary boring tool alignment and depth indication system
A device for assisting an operator of a boring instrument having a penetrating element for penetration a work surface that includes a retention member adapted to be connected to a rotating element of the boring instrument and adapted to receive a laser and a plurality of mirrors including a beam splitting alignment mirrors that directs a laser beam in a direction parallel with a penetrating element and perpendicular to a work surface, and a depth indication mirror that reflects a light beam at an angle of less than 90 degrees from said retaining member to a location on said work surface wherein the location of the beams from the alignment beams is maintained at a fixed radial position when the retention member perpendicularly moves towards a work surface and wherein the beam is rotated defines a circle.
