Cutting tool and method for manufacturing machined product
A cutting tool may include a main body extended from a first end to a second end. The main body may be rotatable around a rotation axis. The main body may include a first cutting edge, a second cutting edge, a first flute and a second flute. The first flute may be extended from the first cutting edge toward the second end. The second flute may be extended from the second cutting edge toward the second end. The first flute may include a first hole located in the main body. The second flute may include a second hole located in the main body. The first hole may have a circular shape and the second hole may have a long narrow shape in a circumferential direction of the rotation axis in a cross section orthogonal to the rotation axis.
Weep-hole drilling
A method for creating a weep hole is disclosed. The weep hole is drilled in an uncured, concrete, hollow core structural component having one or more external surfaces and one or more internal surfaces. The weep hole is drilled using a drilling apparatus comprising a drill, a rotating drill bit with an internal fluid passageway, a power source, and a pressurized fluid source. Loose, uncured concrete material deposited near the weep hole on the one or more internal surface as a result of drilling the weep hole is removed by releasing pressurized fluid which flows from the pressurized fluid source, through the drill and the rotating drill bit.

Tube Notching Apparatus With Adjustable Positioning Features
A rotary tube notching apparatus is provided that is capable of operable attachment to a powered rotational drive device. The apparatus comprises a tube support assembly defining an aperture for receiving a tube and having a clamp for securing the tube against movement in relation to the aperture. A shaft assembly is provided for receiving a cutting tool, and a carriage assembly is rotatably mounted to the shaft assembly. The carriage assembly has at least one fastener for securing the shaft assembly in relation to the aperture. The shaft assembly is selectively repositionable in relation to the aperture in an offset dimension defined by linear displacement from a central axis of the aperture, in a yaw dimension defined by a plane extending along a central axis of the aperture, and in a roll dimension defined by a cross-sectional circumference of a tube received within the aperture.
Hole-Saw with Brazed or Welded Endcap
A hole-saw, including a sidewall and an endcap, is provided. The endcap includes projections that fit within notches of the sidewall to form a brazed or welded joint that couples the endcap to the cylindrical sidewall. The projections extend through the notches and are brazed or welded to the base of the sidewall. The endcap couples to the sidewall to form a cylindrical hole saw body. The endcap rotates and supports the hole-saw during operation.
System and method for connecting a compression-type coupling to a coated conduit
A tool for removing a coating from an end of a coated conduit comprising a metallic conduit having an outer diameter and a polymeric material applied over the outer diameter thereof is provided. The tool comprises: a guide member having an outer diameter sized to fit within an internal diameter of the metallic conduit; and a cylindrical cutting member having a substantially closed first end rotatably connected to an arbor, a substantially open second end, and a plurality of teeth elements. The cylindrical cutting member has an inner diameter that is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the metallic conduit such that when the cylindrical cutting member is rotated, the teeth elements remove the polymeric material from the outer diameter of the metallic conduit.

VACUUM BIT ASSEMBLY WITH REPLACEABLE DRILL BIT
A vacuum bit assembly includes an adapter having first and second ends, a central bore defined in the first end, and a locking member extending into the central bore. The vacuum bit assembly includes a drill bit having a workpiece engaging end, a connection, and a suction channel extending between the workpiece engaging and connection ends. The drill bit defines an axis of rotation that extends centrally through the drill bit between the workpiece engaging and connection ends and centrally through the adapter between the first and second ends. The drill bit includes an elongated slot adjacent the connection end. The elongated slot receives the locking member to secure the drill bit to the adapter. The vacuum bit assembly further includes a collar to selectively secure the locking member in the elongated slot. The locking member is axially movable within the elongated slot during operation of the vacuum bit assembly.
