WALL MAGNET ANCHOR SYSTEM
A wall magnet anchor system is used to install magnetic anchors in wall material that can be used to magnetically hold an object to the wall, thereby avoiding the need to a conventional hook that protrudes from the surface of the wall. The anchor can include a helical thread to hold the anchor in the wall. An installation tool includes a cutting features at one end for cutting a hole in a wall to receive an anchor, and an installation feature that engages the anchor and allows a user to drive the anchor, through rotation, into the hole cut by the cutting features.
HOLE SAW
A hole saw comprising a cylindrical unit with an expanse in a longitudinal direction, the cylindrical unit being rotation-symmetrical about a center axis, which has an expanse in the longitudinal direction. The cylindrical unit is attached to a mounting device at one end and has a processing edge at the opposite end. The cylindrical unit is made of a homogeneous material provided to process the material to be holed by means of grinding via the processing edge.
Drill and drilling device including the same
Provided is a drill that can drill with good accuracy without over-processing during deburring. The drill includes: a drill main body that is rotated around a central axis; a main cutting edge provided at a leading end of the drill main body; and a deburring cutting edge that is provided on a base end side of the drill main body, adjacent to the main cutting edge, and performs deburring. The deburring cutting edge is similar in diameter to the main cutting edge and has an angle (β) smaller than an angle (α) formed by the main cutting edge relative to the central axis.

Composite machining tool
A composite machining tool includes a tool body with at least one cutting edge and at least one grinding region. The grinding region is located adjacent to the cutting edge such that there is a gap between the grinding region and the cutting edge and such that when the tool performs a machining action the cutting edge and the grinding region act together on a material surface.

Adapter sleeve
An improved adapter sleeve is submitted which has a shank for insertion into a toolholder for a machine tool, wherein a tool socket for holding a tool is formed in the shank, wherein a number of slots are disposed along the shank so that the shank can be compressed during clamping, wherein a cutting head is formed which is arranged on a front side (F) of the shank. In one embodiment, the cutting head has an insert seat for a cutting insert.

Machining/burnishing dual geometry orbital drilling tool
A combination cutting and burnishing orbital drilling tool may include an elongate tool body including a cutting end and extending along a longitudinal axis. The tool body may include a burnishing portion spaced from the cutting end and configured to induce residual stress in a side wall of a hole without removing material. The tool body may further include a cutting portion interposed between the cutting end and the burnishing portion. The cutting portion may be configured to remove material from a workpiece, thereby creating the hole, during an orbital drilling process.
