HOLE CHAMFERING DEVICE
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of hole machining equipment, and provides a hole chamfering device including blades in bilateral symmetry and a blade posture adjusting assembly. The hole chamfering device not only can be fed from the front face of a hole to complete chamfering work on the front face of the hole, but also can solve the problem of chamfering the back face of the hole under the condition that a chamfering tool cannot be directly fed from the back face of the hole. The hole chamfering device can be fed from the front face of the hole to complete chamfering work on the front face and the back face of the hole, and meanwhile, can remove burrs in the hole, thereby meeting the machining requirement of conventional chamfering of the hole.

Method of Forming an Aperture in a Reel Member of a Tensioning System for an Article of Footwear
A method of chamfering an aperture in a reel member of a tensioning system for an article of footwear is disclosed. The tensioning system includes a reel member configured to rotate about a central axis. The reel member includes a shaft and at least one flange disposed along the shaft. The flange includes an aperture extending through the flange. The aperture is configured to receive a lace. The reel member can tighten the tensioning system by winding the lace around portions of the shaft disposed on both sides of the at least one flange. The method of chamfering the aperture includes drilling through an end flange of the reel member to reach the center flange of the reel member in order to chamfer the aperture. The chamfered aperture can assist with sliding the lace through the aperture and distributing tension.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUS FOR RELIABLY INSTALLING SURVEY TAGS
In one embodiment, a system includes a counterbore drill bit, pre-cut lead rods of predetermined length, and a tapper tool. The counterbore drill bit includes a stop collar to drill counter bored holes with a first hole portion having a first diameter to a first depth below a surface of a material and a second hole portion having a second diameter less than the first to a second depth below the surface. The lead rods are inserted into the counter bored holes. The tapper tool mashes the second end of each lead rod in the one or more counterbored holes to expand and friction fit then in the counter bored holes. The system further includes circular survey tags insertable into the first hole and fasteners with a head and a shaft insertable through a center hole in the survey tags to retain the tags coupled to the lead rods.
Disposable multi-edge carving blade
A disposable multi-edge carving blade contains a first end and a second end which are symmetrical to each other and are connected together so as to form a V-shaped end portion of the carving blade, wherein the first end of the carving blade has a first side face defined thereon, and the second end of the carving blade has a second side face formed thereon, the carving blade also includes two chip removing grooves correspondingly arranged beside a distal end of the V-shaped end portion thereof, and each chip removing groove has a cutting face defined on a bottom end thereof and intersecting with a rotation axis of the carving blade so that at least two cutting edges are oppositely defined beside the rotation axis.
DEBURRING TOOL
A deburring tool includes: a body; and a cutting unit provided on an end portion of the body and including a blade part, where a first channel is provided inside the body, and when a fluid supplied from outside of the deburring tool through the first channel is injected into the cutting unit and presses the cutting unit, the cutting unit moves and a degree to which the blade part protrudes outwardly increases.
DEBURRING CHAMFER TOOL
A deburring chamfer tool has a main body including a working end for engaging a workpiece to be deburred. The working end is of a conical shape and has a first and a second cutting edge respectively extending lengthwise with reference to different slant reference lines which delimit the conical shape. Each of the first and the second cutting edges slope from a first end adjacent to the vertex of the conical shape to a second end adjacent to the base of the conical shape in a first length and a second length respectively. The second length is smaller than the first length.
Rotary tool and method for manufacturing machined product
A rotary tool according to a non-limiting aspect has a body that has a rod shape extending from a first end to a second end and is rotatable about a central axis. The body has a first cutting edge positioned on the first end, a first flute extending from the first cutting edge toward the second end, a second cutting edge being on a side of the second end and on a side of an outer periphery with respect to the first cutting edge and being positioned away from the first cutting edge, and a second flute, extending from the second cutting edge toward the second end and being positioned along the first flute. The second flute has a projecting portion extending from a side of the first end toward a side of the second end.
