PUMP APPARATUS AND ASSOCIATED SYSTEM AND METHOD
A pump apparatus includes a pump configured for moving air, a housing supporting the pump, and an air output hose in communication with the pump. The housing further includes a rest for retaining a portion of the air output hose. The rest forms a u-shape having two side walls and a valley therebetween.
BED HAVING SENSORS FEATURES FOR DETERMINING SNORE AND BREATHING PARAMETERS OF TWO SLEEPERS
A mattress supports a left-side user and a right-side user. At least one acoustic sensor is configured to sense acoustic energy in the environment of the left-side user and of the right-side user. At least one pressure sensor is configured to sense pressure applied to the left-side portion by the left-side user and applied to the right-side portion by the right-side user. A controller is configured to receive at least one acoustic stream from the at least one acoustic sensor and at least one pressure stream from the at least one pressure sensor. Left-side snore/breath parameters and right-side snore/breath parameters are generated. The controller is further configured to, responsive to determining that a home automation rule includes a condition that includes at least one of the left-side snore/breath parameters and the right-side snore/breath parameters send an instruction to drive a controllable device to the controllable device.
MANUAL INFLATION AND DEFLATION ADJUSTMENT STRUCTURE FOR A PUMP
The present disclosure relates to air assemblies having an inflation, a deflation, and a closed state for use with inflatable products, such as air mattresses. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to air assemblies where the configuration of the air assembly can be changed manually by a user by operating a directional control valve to inflate, deflate, or close the inflatable product. The directional control valve may also activate a pump in the inflation and deflation states and deactivate the pump in the closed state.
Bed having rollover identifying feature
A mattress has a first support portion configure to receive and support a first user and a second support portion configured to receive and support a second user. The first support portion and the second support portion are adjacent to each other such that the first user is capable of rolling over from the first support portion to the second support portion while sleeping on the first support portion. A sensor is configured to sense first pressure in the first support portion and sense second pressure in the second support portion. The sensor is further configured to transmit data of the first pressure and the second pressure. The controller is configured to receive the data and from the data of the first pressure and the second pressure, determine if the first user has rolled over from the first support portion to the second support portion.
INFLATABLE BED
An inflatable bed includes a bed main body, an inflator pump, and a one-way valve. The bed main body is provided with a bed body chamber and at least one bed edge chamber independent from each other, and the at least one bed edge chamber is arranged around the bed body chamber. The inflator pump is connected to the bed main body, wherein the inflator pump is configured to inflate the bed body chamber and the at least one bed edge chamber. The one-way valve is provided on the inflator pump or the bed main body, wherein the one-way valve is configured to allow only a fluid to enter the bed body chamber.
MATTRESS ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS AND PROCESSES TO DISSIPATE THERMAL LOAD ASSOCIATED WITH THE PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS
Mattress assemblies including phase change materials and processes for dissipating retained in the mattress assemblies generally include a spacer layer in proximity to one or more foam layers containing a phase change material; and a pump in fluid communication with the spacer layer to provide a positive or negative air flow into the spacer layer to reduce retained heat in the phase change materials subsequent to a sleep cycle. The process includes operating the pump between sleep cycles to reduce the retained heat.
Switching means for an adjustable foundation system
In one example, this disclosure describes an adjustable bed system that includes first and second adjustable foundations, at least one first motor to adjust the first adjustable foundation, at least one second motor to adjust the second adjustable foundation, a configurable device having a first state and a second state, and a central controller in communication with the device, the controller configured to receive an input representing one of the first state and the second state, the controller including a processor configured to control the at least one first motor and the at least one second motor based on the received input.
BED HAVING FEATURES FOR SENSING SLEEPER PRESSURE AND GENERATING ESTIMATES OF BRAIN ACTIVITY FOR USE IN DISEASE
One general aspect includes a bed having a mattress. The system also includes a sensor configured to: sense pressure of a sleeper on the mattress and transmit, to a controller, pressure data generated from the sensing of pressure of the sleeper on the mattress. The system also includes a controller may include a processor and a memory, the controller configured to receive the pressure data; identify, from the pressure data, one or more motion parameters; determine one or more cardiac measures of the sleeper from the motion parameters; determine, from the cardiac parameters, one or more neurologic measures of the sleeper; and determine, a disease state for the sleeper.
Valve body, electromagnet switch valve and bed structure
A valve body including an outer wall, an inner wall, and a connecting wall is provided. The outer wall has a first upper surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. At least one of the first side surface and the second side surface has a fluid hole. The inner wall is disposed within the outer wall. The inner wall shields the at least one fluid hole. A third side surface has an inner opening. The connecting wall is disposed within the outer wall. The connecting wall connects the inner opening of the inner wall and the fluid hole of the outer wall. Furthermore, an electromagnet switch valve and a bed structure are also provided.
INFLATABLE BED
The present utility model relates to an inflatable bed, comprising: a top sheet provided with at least one through hole; a bottom sheet; a lateral confining sheet, an upper edge of the lateral confining sheet being connected to an outer edge of the top sheet, and a lower edge of the lateral confining sheet being connected to an outer edge of the bottom sheet; and at least one tensioning member, the tensioning member comprising: a upper tensioning part, comprising a upper side wall and a bottom, an upper edge of the upper side wall being connected to a periphery of the through hole of the top sheet, so that the upper side wall fits the through hole of the top sheet, and a lower edge of the upper side wall being connected to the bottom; and a lower tensioning part for connecting the bottom of the upper tensioning part to the bottom sheet to form a tensioning effect at least between the bottom of the upper tensioning part and the bottom sheet; wherein the upper tensioning part of the tensioning member, the top sheet, the bottom sheet, and the lateral confining sheet are enclosed to form an inflatable chamber, and after the inflatable chamber is inflated, a recess is formed on a surface of the inflatable bed.
