Tool holder for connecting a diamond drill to a drill bit
A device for holding and securing a tool, in particular, a drill bit, on a machine tool, for example, a core drill, including an output shaft for transmitting a torque generated in the machine tool to the tool; and a union nut positioned around the output shaft for detachably connecting the output shaft to an attachment end of the tool. The output shaft includes a locking ring and the union nut includes a washer disk, as well as an attenuator, the washer disk being positioned between the locking ring and the attenuator.
DRILLING GUARD
A drilling guard is provided for mounting on a drill head or a drill chuck of a drilling machine, in particular a cordless drill, for protecting the drilling surface against damage during drilling. A method for producing a borehole by using a drilling machine and the drilling guard is also provided.
Coring apparatus for rubber stator
An apparatus for removing rubber stator material from inside a housing includes a head, at least one blade, and an actuator. For example, the apparatus can be used to core out rubber material from the housing so new material can be molded therein. Also, the apparatus can be used to cut back excess rubber material newly molded in the housing. The head is rotated about an axis and is moved along the axis relative to the housing. The at least one blade is pivotably connected to the head and removes the rubber stator material at least partially from inside the housing with the rotation and movement of the head through the housing. The actuator is associated with the at least one blade and is operable to adjust a pivot of the at least one blade relative to the head.
TOOL FOR ROUGHENING A BOREHOLE SURFACE
A tool for roughening a borehole surface. The tool includes a coupling portion for clamping the tool in a drilling machine; and a tool head for machining the borehole surface, where the tool head comprises a cutter that is circumferentially disposed on the tool head, and where the tool head has at least one slit, which passes through from one side to the other and which, starting from an end face of the tool head, and extends axially along a longitudinal axis of the tool.
Tool arrangement
A tool arrangement containing a tool holder and a tool having a tool head for processing workpieces and a shaft supporting the tool head, wherein the tool holder and the shaft each have a planar surface oriented transversely with respect to the axial direction of the tool holder and the shaft, the planar surfaces lying opposite one another. The tool holder and the shaft are connected non-rotatably and releasably to one another by a connecting mechanism which has a journal projecting in the axial direction and a receptacle which receives the journal.
Segment collet
A segment collet, which includes at least two clamping segments, each of which has a receptacle, in which a coupling ring is accommodated, which connects the clamping segments to each other. A securing device is provided to connect the coupling ring to the clamping segments for the purpose of limiting the axial mobility of the clamping segments relative to the coupling ring as well as to fix their circumferential position. The invention furthermore relates to a coupling ring for a segment collet.
CHUCK WITH VIBRATION DAMPING
A tool chuck for clamping a tool in a machine tool, having a base body and a sleeve part protruding therefrom, which sleeve part forms a tool holder for fixing a tool shaft in a frictional, nonpositive fashion; a cavity in which a vibration damping component is accommodated is provided in the tool chuck.
Tool holder assembly with dampening elements
In one aspect, tool holders employing axial sleeves and dampening elements are described herein. Tool holders described herein define a central longitudinal axis and comprise a tool holder body having a connector portion and a holder portion. The connector portion is structured to engage a rotary machine and the holder portion is disposed opposite the connector portion and has an inner diameter surface comprising a plurality of axial grooves. Tool holders described herein further comprise a tool receiver structured to receive at least a portion of a cutting tool, the tool receiver having an outer diameter surface comprising a plurality of axial grooves. The tool receiver is mounted in the holder portion so as to align the axial grooves of the inner and outer diameter surfaces and define axial sleeves filled with dampening elements.
