The present invention discloses an air bed including a mattress body formed by a top surface, a bottom surface and a side wall. The mattress body is provided with at least two layers of side walls being an inner side wall and an outer side wall respectively. The inside of the inner side wall forms a bed air chamber of the mattress body. A side wall air chamber of the mattress body is formed between the inner side wall and the outer side wall. The inside of the side wall air chamber between the inner side wall and the outer side wall is connected with a plurality of side wall drawstrings. The side wall drawstrings form a bed edge of the mattress body with the inner side wall, the outer side wall, and the side wall top surface/side wall bottom surface respectively.

A comfort layer including ventilation openings is supported by the rails of the mattress so that the comfort layer covers the mattress and the ventilation openings are in fluid communication with the inner core. In some instances, the comfort layer is positioned so that the ventilation openings are aligned with coil openings defined through the springs within the mattress.

The three-dimensional net-like structure is made from a thermoplastic resin including a mixture of a polypropylene copolymer (a) and a polypropylene copolymer (b) and has a spring structure formed by bonding continuous filaments partly in random in loops. The polypropylene copolymer (a) has a flexural modulus that is different from a flexural modulus of the polypropylene copolymer (b).

Pure bamboo fiber mattress and manufacturing method thereof

A pure bamboo fiber mattress and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: trimming and cleaning bamboo; sawing; splitting; slicing the bamboo strips; knitting; softening; directional fiber opening; dry cleaning, drying and removing dust; stacking; sewing and packing. The pure bamboo fiber mattress includes a surface layer, a transition layer, a core layer, another transition layer and another surface layer that are arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The surface layer includes 3-5 layers of first bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The transition layer includes 3-8 layers of second bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The core layer includes 3-8 layers of third bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The first bamboo mesh fabric, the second bamboo mesh fabric and the third bamboo mesh fabric are made of bamboo fibers.
