Mattress
A mattress is described, comprising an ergonomic layer made of foam material and a breathable layer made of three-dimensional polymeric material. The ergonomic layer and the breathable layer are mutually coupled. The breathable layer is individually wrapped in a casing made of a three-dimensional breathable fabric. The combination between the breathable layer and the respective casing, which is also manufactured with a three-dimensional breathable type of material, allows to obtain the maximum breathable characteristics for the mattress.
REST ASSEMBLY FOR RECOVERING THE GEOELECTRIC FIELD
REST ASSEMBLY FOR RECOVERING THE GEOELECTRIC FIELD, formed from: a laminate, steamed beech wood mattress base (2) with a 100% natural water-based varnish;
and a mattress (3) with a core (4) of latex made from a 100% natural emulsion of the resin of the Hevea brasiliensis tree, which latex is whipped and baked at 120 degrees without chemical additives. The mattress comprises: an anti-moisture ionising sheet (5) made of 100% natural steamed and pressed coconut fibre, with a central layer (6) of rocks of pink salt and white quartz; an antibacterial mesh (7) of bamboo fibre; and a cover (8) of fabric comprising 70% cashmere and 30% organic cotton, with a filling of 4 cm disposed on at least the upper part of the mattress and comprising 100% natural wool, a fabric of organic graphite and silver, and an aluminium plate (9) connected to an earthing device (10).
INFLATABLE AIRBED MATTRESS INTERNAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
The disclosed technology includes an internal support structure for providing structural stability to an inflated airbed. The internal support structure may include an internal support wall connected to side panels by one or more side support beams. The internal support structure may further include corner support walls and a plurality of internal support beams to provide additional support.
MATTRESS FOR CARE
With regard to a care bed provided with a three-dimensional net-like structure made of a thermoplastic resin, an object is to smoothly bend the three-dimensional net-like structure in multiple stages in response to a complicated motion of a bed main body or a user's specific motion. A three-dimensional net-like structure 101 includes a first three-dimensional sparse/dense structure 1 provided as an alternately layered configuration of structural units 1a.sub.1 to 1a.sub.9 that are sparse in an extrusion direction Y and structural units 1b.sub.1 to 1b.sub.8 that are dense in the extrusion direction Y. In this first three-dimensional sparse/dense structure 1, a bulk density .sub.1 of the sparse structural units 1a.sub.1 to 1a.sub.9 is 0.01 to 0.08 g/cm.sup.3 and a bulk density .sub.2 of the dense structural units 1b.sub.1 to 1b.sub.8 is 0.03 to 0.10 g/cm.sup.3. A ratio .sub.2/.sub.1 of the bulk density of the dense structural units 1b.sub.1 to 1b.sub.8 to the bulk density of the sparse structural units 1a.sub.1 to 1a.sub.9 is 1.01 to 5. A length A.sub.1 of the sparse structural units 1a.sub.1 to 1a.sub.9 is 1 to 50 cm, and a length A.sub.2 of the dense structural units 1b.sub.1 to 1b.sub.8 is 3 to 60 cm. A ratio A.sub.2/A.sub.1 of the length of the dense structural units 1b.sub.1 to 1b.sub.8 to the length of the sparse structural units 1a.sub.1 to 1a.sub.9 is 0.1 to 10.
PURE BAMBOO FIBER MATTRESS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A pure bamboo fiber mattress and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: trimming and cleaning bamboo; sawing; splitting; slicing the bamboo strips; knitting; softening; directional fiber opening; dry cleaning, drying and removing dust; stacking; sewing and packing. The pure bamboo fiber mattress includes a surface layer, a transition layer, a core layer, another transition layer and another surface layer that are arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The surface layer includes 3-5 layers of first bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The transition layer includes 3-8 layers of second bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The core layer includes 3-8 layers of third bamboo mesh fabric laid one on top of another. The first bamboo mesh fabric, the second bamboo mesh fabric and the third bamboo mesh fabric are made of bamboo fibers.
CUSHIONING STRUCTURE
A cushioning structure including a first layer of a three-dimensional structured mat of extruded entangled filaments, a second layer of a three-dimensional structured mat of extruded entangled filaments and an intermediate layer between the first layer and the second layer.
SOFTNESS-ADJUSTABLE MATTRESS
The disclosure discloses a softness-adjustable mattress, including an outer lining, an outer lining zipper, and a bottom lining, wherein the bottom lining is positioned on the outer lining, the outer lining zipper is positioned between the outer lining and the bottom lining, a lying-down mechanism is mounted on an inner lower wall face of the outer lining, and an inflation mechanism is mounted on the lying-down mechanism. The beneficial effects of the disclosure is having the characteristic of being quickly mounted and dismounted; through an air cushion the overall comfort degree of the mattress can be enhanced, and can prevent the integral mattress shape from collapsing; the air cushion can be inflated by the inflation controller at all times, thereby ensuring the stability of the air cushion; users can lie down on the wavy cotton, which improves the users' comfort degree and brings convenience to people's life. Moreover, the edges or corners of the air cushion of the disclosure are capable of maintaining a certain shape even under some pressure. Preferably, the air cushion of the disclosure has excellent durability.
Cushion structure, cushion structure component and cushion structure manufacturing method
An osmosis membrane is disposed at the boundary between a three-dimensional network structure section and a foam section. The osmosis membrane allows a liquid foam material to permeate. The three-dimensional network structure section is impregnated with the foam material through the osmosis membrane, and subsequently the foam material is solidified, thereby connecting the three-dimensional network structure section and the foam section to each other. The bonded body of the three-dimensional network structure section and the foam section is completed only by disposing the cushion structure component in between the upper mold and the lower mold, and performing a foaming step.
MODULAR SLEEP SOLUTION
A modular sleep apparatus that enables customization of a conventional mattress. The modular sleep apparatus includes a customizable mattress pad casing having pockets into which various inserts may be placed. The more the number of pockets, the greater customization the mattress pad allows. The inserts themselves can be of varying thickness, firmness, and material. In some embodiments, the inserts may also be placed directly over a conventional mattress and held in place with a fitted sheet. In other embodiments, the inserts are placed directly into pockets or envelopes in the top layer of a mattress. In other embodiments, the mattress pad casing is pre-assembled with inserts.
