THREE DIMENSIONAL POLYMERIC FIBER MATRIX LAYER FOR BEDDING PRODUCTS
A layer for a bedding product such as a mattress includes an extruded three dimensional polymeric fiber matrix layer having constant length, width and height dimensions, the extruded three dimensional polymeric fiber matrix layer comprising randomly oriented fibers bonded at coupling points between adjacent fibers and having a free volume per unit area of the layer, wherein the fibers comprise a polymer and a phase change material.
CUSHION SYSTEM
Systems and methods are disclosed that include providing a support cushion with a plurality of cushions, a cover, an aperture disposed through the cover and between the cushions, a bottom opening in the cover, and an attachment system. The cushion system attaches to a support apparatus for use thereon by receiving the support apparatus through the bottom opening and manipulating the attachment system to reduce the bottom opening to a size smaller than a perimeter of the support apparatus. An optional object may be secured to the support apparatus and extend between the plurality of cushions and through the aperture.
FIBER COMBINATION
A cushioning material includes fibers that define a fiber network and a foam material suspended within the fiber network.
Mattress Structure and Production Method of the Same
Provided are a mattress structure and a production method of the same, relating to the technical field of inflatable beds. The mattress structure includes: a top layer, a sponge layer and a bottom layer that are connected successively, wherein a plurality of first grooves are provided in the sponge layer. In the mattress structure, a plurality of first grooves are provided in the sponge layer arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer, which can lighten the weight of the sponge layer and accordingly, the weight of the whole mattress structure; moreover, not only the weight can be lightened, but also the used amount of sponge can be saved, which means that it has the advantages of convenient use and energy saving etc.
Bed Mattress and Proceeding Making the Same
An overlay mattress includes a foil mattress of plastic material in a surrounding envelope of textile material. The foil mattress has channels and a preferably self-closing valve for filling air into the channels that are also at least partly filled with fibers of so-called ball fiber and/or with foam plastics, at least in such an amount that the plastic material of the foil mattress is mutually separated. The channels extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the mattress, and the channels are interconnected via air passages. Methods of manufacturing such an overlay mattress are also disclosed.

MATTRESS
A mattress is described, comprising an ergonomic layer made of foam material and a breathable layer made of three-dimensional polymeric material. The ergonomic layer and the breathable layer are mutually coupled. The breathable layer is individually wrapped in a casing made of a three-dimensional breathable fabric. The combination between the breathable layer and the respective casing, which is also manufactured with a three-dimensional breathable type of material, allows to obtain the maximum breathable characteristics for the mattress.
Fiber combination
A cushioning material includes fibers that define a fiber network and a foam material suspended within the fiber network.

Mattress
A mattress including a base layer, at least one intermediary layer, and a top layer. The base layer is constructed from a foam material defining an Indentation Level Deflection (ILD) Rating from 25 to 35 pounds, and defines a thickness of between four and eight inches (4-8), and having a density from 1 to 4 lb/ft.sup.3. Each intermediary layer is constructed from a foam material defining an ILD Rating of between 10 and 25 and defines a thickness from 1.5 to 3, and having a density from 2 to 4 lb/ft.sup.3. A top layer is fabricated from a vertically-oriented synthetic memory fiber blend comprised of bi-copolymer fibers and fibers having spring-like molecular structure. The top layer defines a thickness of between 0.75 and 1.25 and a weight of between about 200 to about 500 grams per square yard. A cover layer may be disposed above said top layer, the cover layer being fabricated from a selected foam material, and defining a thickness of up to about one inch. A cover member configured to closely and selectively receive the various layers of the mattress may be provided. The cover member may be being provided with at least one handle for assisting in movement and transport of said mattress.
