The surfaces each extend between opposite first and second side surfaces. The pillow includes spaced apart first and second arms that each extend outwardly from the front surface. The first arm has an inner surface and an opposite outer surface that is continuous with the first side surface. The second arm has an inner surface and an opposite outer surface that is continuous with the second side surface. The inner surfaces are continuous with the front surface. The top surface and the side surfaces each include a first portion comprising a first material and a second portion comprising a second material that is different from the first material.
