Clamping assembly and clamping device with such a clamping assembly
A clamping assembly for a clamping device for clamping of a workpiece or tool or a toolholder on machine component with a clamping cone movable axially via a tension rod and several clamping elements arranged spaced from each other in the peripheral direction on the outside of the clamping cone, which can be moved between a radially outer clamped position and a radially inner released position by axial movement of the tension rod. The clamping cone includes two parts movable opposite each other in the axial direction.
Clamping Device and Machining Unit Comprising Such a Clamping Device
A clamping device for clamping a workpiece or a tool or, more specifically, a tool holding fixture in a machine part of a machine tool includes a tension rod slidably mounted within the machine part; a clamping set movable by the tension rod between clamped and released positions; a tension spring dedicated to the tension rod so as to generate the pull-in force of the clamping set; and a release mechanism, by which the clamping set can be moved against the force of the tension spring into the released position by the tension rod. To make possible effective clamping at optimum force, the tension spring is clamped between first and second rod parts of the tension rod. The second rod part can move relative to the first rod part, and, as the clamping set moves into the released position, is compressed on both ends by the release mechanism by moving the two rod parts in opposite directions.
Device for holding mechanical parts
This invention relates to a maintaining device for mechanical pieces, comprising a slider-holder formed by a body and a head with a central bore in which a part of the piece to be maintained is placed, the piece to be maintained exceeding the head, the head comprising a conical area, the maintaining device having at least two sliders and an actuation element for the sliders, wherein the head comprises at least two lateral bores, one leading into the conical area and the other to the central bore, the sliders are placed in the lateral bores, the sliders being adjustable in the lateral bores, the sliders exceeding the conical area of the head, the actuation element of the sliders being arranged to move the sliders in the corresponding lateral bores along an axis perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the central bore.
Clamping device
A clamping device for clamping a workpiece or a tool or a tool holder to a machine component of a machine tool, having an axially movable tension rod, a clamping assembly which can be moved by the tension rod between a clamped position and a released position, a spring assembly dedicated to the tension rod with a plurality of series-connected spring units for generating the clamping and draw-in force of the clamping assembly, and a releasing unit by which the clamping assembly can be moved by the tension rod against the force of the spring assembly into the released position. To ensure the most uniform load possible, the axial spring deflection of the spring units is limited by a stop when the spring assembly is compressed.
Clamping device
A clamping device for clamping a workpiece or a tool or a tool holder to a machine component of a machine tool, including an axially movable tension rod, a clamping assembly which can be moved by the tension rod between a clamped position and a released position, a spring assembly dedicated to the tension rod for generating the clamping and draw-in force of the clamping assembly, and a releasing unit by which the clamping assembly can be moved by the tension rod against the force of the spring assembly into the released position. The spring assembly has a minimum of one spring unit with a plurality of flexible spring members disposed between a first and a second spring holder, with the first and second spring holders being secured against torsion relative to the tension rod.
I. D. collet
An I.D. collet has a housing with a hollow bore and an undercut portion; a taper screw slidable into and out of the hollow bore of the housing and having a conical head; a spindle having a hollow bore in alignment with the hollow bore of the housing for receiving the conical head of the taper screw into and out of the hollow bore of the spindle such that the conical head enlarges the diameter of the spindle; and a draw nut assembly threadably connected to the taper screw and having tangs abutting the undercut portion of the housing when the spindle reaches a preset location in the hollow bore of the spindle to prevent further enlargement of the spindle when the tangs come into contact with the undercut portion of the housing.
Clamping device
A clamping device for releasably holding a tool holder shank formed with a bore includes a housing having a forwardly facing surface and a bore. A drawbar is mounted reciprocally movable inside the bore and in a forward end has engagement device, which is arranged to engage with an engagement formation inside the bore of the tool holder shank. The drawbar is, in a rear portion, formed with a drawbar aperture, and a cam shaft extending through the drawbar aperture and being rotatably journalled in the housing and arranged to impart an axial displacement to the drawbar in relation to the housing. The cam shaft includes first and second spaced apart cam formations and an intermediate circular cylindrical portion located between the cam formations, wherein the first and second cam formations are journalled in a first and second seating apertures, respectively, in the housing on opposite sides of the drawbar.
Tool clamping device
According to a tool clamping device for a machine tool, when a draw bar is moved in the axial direction of the main shaft of the tool clamping device, a steel ball moves in the radial direction of the main shaft so as to press the inner wall of the main shaft, forming an impression on the inner wall of the main shaft. This forms an inclined surface for generating a magnification effect for magnifying a spring force.
