Indexing System for Multiple Insert Lathe Tool Holder
An indexing system for a lathe tool holder comprises a lower housing assembly with a rotary driver shaft interfaced with a tool turret and rotatable by the tool turret, a rotary driver clutch secured to the rotary driver shaft, and an outer rotary comprising an internally threaded pocket. A rotary pusher with an externally threaded portion mates with the internally threaded pocket. Rotation of the rotary driver shaft causes the rotary pusher to move linearly without rotation. An upper housing assembly mounted on the lower housing assembly comprises a sawtooth connection for a multiple insert lathe tool holder head. A camshaft driver interfaces with the tool holder head and has a cam channel that circumscribes a path that is interfaced with a stationary cam pin. Linear movement of the rotary pusher causes rotation of the camshaft driver and thereby rotation and linear movement of the tool holder head.
Clamping mechanism and electric tool

The clamping mechanism includes a main body, a locking cap, a spring chuck and an outer sleeve which is sleeved on a periphery of the locking cap and is configured to drive the locking cap to rotate, wherein the spring chuck includes at least two spring claws; the locking cap is connected with the main body, and the locking cap is able to move in a direction close to the main body, or move in a direction away from the main body, so that the spring claws are loosened; a ring piece is arranged at an end, close to the main body, of the locking cap, and an elastic piece is arranged between the ring piece and the locking cap; a first groove is arranged on an inner wall of the outer sleeve, and a cam block.
Power tool and a transmission therefor
A power tool including a housing and a motor mounted in the housing having a drive shaft. A transmission is mounted in the housing having an input shaft operatively coupled to the drive shaft of the motor and an output shaft operatively coupled to a tool holder. The transmission includes at least a first gear and a second gear configured to transmit torque from the motor to the tool holder. A first part of the transmission is mounted within a first grease chamber and a second part of the transmission is mounted within a second grease chamber.
