DRILLING DEVICE WITH OPTIMIZED ACTUATION
A portable drilling device or screw driving device, including: an electric motor; an autonomous or wired electric supply to the motor; an actuating trigger; a controller, which commands the motor as a function of the position of the trigger; the trigger being mobile between at least: a resting position in which the motor is at a stop; a position of total actuation in which the motor is driven by the controller according to a first predetermined rotation frequency; wherein the trigger can take a predetermined intermediate position is situated between the resting and actuating positions and the motor being driven by the controller according to a second predetermined rotation frequency. An elastic return counters movement of the trigger from the resting position towards the position of total actuation, and a first fixed magnetic attraction counters movement of the trigger between the intermediate position and the position of total actuation.
CUTTING INSERT ADAPTOR AND TOOL ASSEMBLY
A cutting insert adaptor for an insert pocket can include one or more pairs of opposing insert abutment surfaces and pocket abutment surfaces which converge at an acute angle. The one or more insert abutment surfaces are all rotated in the same direction, relative to their paired pocket abutment surface which in turn rotates a cutting insert abutting the cutting insert adaptor relative to an orientation the cutting insert would have if it only abutted the insert pocket instead of the cutting insert adaptor.
ROTATING ELEMENT OPERATING DEVICE
A rotating element operating device includes a device body having a perforation, an operating member having a limiting end and an engaging end and being received in or extended out of the device body along the perforation, and a magnetic member set at the device body or the operating member. When the operating member is received in the device body, the magnetic force of the magnetic member pulls the operating member toward the bottom end of the device body so that the engaging end is set at the top end, and the operating member is secured to the device body by the magnetic force of the magnetic member. When the operating member is pulled out of the device body, the limiting end is positioned inside the perforation so that the operating member is prohibited from leaving the device body.
INSERT ADAPTOR AND TURNING TOOL COMPRISING SAME
An insert adaptor is configured for providing secure clamping of an insert in an insert pocket. The insert adaptor is configured to be located between an insert and an insert pocket and includes at least one magnetic surface configured for applying a magnetic attraction force to the insert pocket or a shim.
Devices for Attachment to Rotary Tools
A system and devices disclosed include a tool holder apparatus device that has one or more magnets that are configured to magnetically attach to a surface of the rotating portion of a rotary tool so that when the rotating portion of the rotary tool rotates, the apparatus also rotates. The tool holder apparatus may incorporate a variety of tools such as a laser alignment system, a work surface illumination system, and sanding, grinding and polishing surfaces.
HAMMER DRILL HAVING ULTRASONIC VIBRATION DEVICE
A hammer drill includes a housing including an axial fastener secured to a chuck, and an anchor member secured to the fastener; an ultrasonic vibration device fastened in the housing and including a magnetic hollow cylinder on the fastener, a hollow cylindrical seat around the magnetic hollow cylinder, an exciting coil on the hollow cylindrical seat, a magnetic first member secured to a first magnet, a first portion of the hollow cylindrical seat, and a first portion of the exciting coil, and a magnetic second member secured to a second magnet, a second portion of the hollow cylindrical seat, and a second portion of the exciting coil; and an energy supplying device disposed on the housing and including an inner winding on the housing and electrically connected to the exciting coil, and an outer winding spaced from the inner winding.
Magnetic base
A magnetic base for an electric machine tool, in particular for a magnetic core drilling machine. A body that is accommodated in a receiving space. At least one first magnet coil constituting an electromagnet, a coil winding of the at least one first magnet coil being wound on a bobbin and a magnetic force of which is switchable between a maximum resultant holding force and a minimum resultant holding force. The coil winding of the magnet coil has two end sections that are each connected to a connecting cable that serves to make electrical contact between the magnetic coil and the electric machine tool. The body has a first side adapted to be coupled to the electric machine tool and has an opposite second side adapted to be placed on a workpiece that is to be processed. End sections of the coil winding are connected to the connecting cables.
Treatment element attachment system
A treatment assembly for securing a treatment member to a shaft that includes the treatment member and a female attachment member. The treatment member defines a longitudinal axis, and has a distal end and a proximal end. The proximal end includes an attachment recess defined therein. The female attachment member has a distal end, a proximal end, and a shaft recess defined in the proximal end. The female attachment member is secured in the attachment recess of the treatment member. The shaft recess is defined by an interior surface that includes a first flat surface. The interior surface includes a first detent defined therein. When the shaft is received in the shaft recess, the first flat surface is operatively engaged with a first opposing flat surface on a male attachment member and a first ball is biased into the first detent.
Tool bits with floating magnet sleeves
A tool bit assembly includes a tool bit having a shaft with a first working region disposed at a first end of the shaft and a first reduced diameter portion proximate the working region and disposed between a first shoulder and a second shoulder. A floating sleeve has a rear portion with a pair of opposed window openings, a front portion supporting a magnet, and a pair of balls, with each ball disposed in one of the window openings. The floating sleeve is receivable over the tool bit with the magnet proximate the first working regions and the balls received in the first reduced diameter portion to allow the floating sleeve to move between a first position in which the balls abut the first shoulder and a second position in which the balls abut the second shoulder.
