Suction extraction device
A suction extraction device has a fan, a suction head, a channel leading from the suction head to the fan, a dust filter and a collection container to hold the dust that has been deposited on the dust filter. The suction head has a tubular cavity that is arranged around the working axis and that serves to accommodate the connection section of the suction drill bit. Arranged in the cavity is a flow sensor that has a sensor surface facing the working axis and that serves to emit a measuring signal that is indicative of the air flow that is striking the sensor surface. An evaluation unit emits an error signal in response to the measuring signal if the measuring signal is lower than a threshold value for at least a prescribed period of time, whereas it suppresses the error signal if the measuring signal exceeds the threshold value during the prescribed period of time. A signaling unit displays the error signal to a user.
DUST COLLECTOR FOR POWER TOOL
A dust collector operable to collect dust and debris generated during operation of a power tool includes a mounting base configured to couple to the power tool. The mounting base defines a longitudinal axis. The dust collector also includes a shroud extending from the mounting base. The shroud includes a first end adjacent the mounting base, a second end operable to contact a workpiece, a sleeve extending between the first end and the second end, and a spring biasing the second end away from the first end. The second end is movable relative to the first end against the spring.
WORK TOOL AND DUST EXTRACTION DEVICE THEREOF
A work tool equipped with a dust extraction device, the piercing tool includes a working head secured to a drive spindle, the extraction device has an extraction tube mounted around the drive spindle and a first end of which is mounted on a sleeve, the sleeve being mounted so as to rotate freely on the drive spindle of the piercing tool and being connected to a device generating a negative pressure in the extraction tube, wherein at least a portion of the circumference of the second end of the tube is in contact with the drilling head, the extraction device includes a vent formed between the second end of the tube and the working head.
DUST COLLECTOR INCLUDING FILTER CLEANING MECHANISM
A dust collector can be used with a hand-held power tool. The dust collector includes a housing, a telescoping suction pipe coupled to the housing, and a suction fan positioned within the housing and operable to generate a vacuum in the suction pipe. The suction pipe is configured to telescope toward and away from the housing. The suction pipe includes an outer pipe supported by the housing, and an inner pipe slidably received into the outer pipe.
Tool for roughening a borehole surface
A tool for roughening a borehole surface. The tool includes a coupling portion for clamping the tool; a tool head for machining the borehole surface; and an extraction duct. The coupling portion is disposed at a first end of a tool shank and the tool head at an opposite, second end of the tool shank. The tool head has a cutter disposed circumferentially on the tool heat The tool head has a slit, which passes through from one side to the other and which, starting from an end face of the tool head, extends axially along a longitudinal axis of the tool. The extraction duct extends at least partly axially along the longitudinal axis of the tool for extraction of drilling dust. The extraction duct, starting from the end face of the tool head, extends inside the tool shank and discharges circumferentially into a connecting opening in the tool shank.
DUST COLLECTION DEVICE FOR ELECTRIC POWER TOOL, ELECTRIC POWER TOOL, AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
A dust collection device for an electric power tool includes a main body case that includes an air exhaust port and is attachable to a hammer drill, a dust box provided therein with a filter, and a tubular sliding portion that has a base end connected to a connection port provided on the main body case, that includes a suction port at its front end, and that is slidable in a front-rear direction, and includes therein a dust collection path formed to pass from the suction port through the filter to the air exhaust port. The connection port is provided on a side surface of the main body case, and connected to a flexible hose serving as a base end of the sliding portion, and a side surface of the dust box is provided with an inlet port communicating with the connection port.
Drilling tool
Drilling tool (1) for drilling openings in a cement ballast tank (3) of an oil rig in order to gain access to an internal space in the ballast tank comprising an electrical motor (6) driving a first shaft (7); a pump (8) driven by the motor for pumping well fluid in through an inlet (9) and out through an outlet (10); a gear (11) driven by the first shaft extending through the pump for reducing rotation of a second shaft (12); and a drilling head (14) having bits and at least one drilling head fluid channel and being driven by the second shaft (12), the outlet of the pump being fluidly connected with the fluid channel to pump well fluid out through the fluid channel.
Accessory for a hand-held power tool
An accessory for a hand-held power tool has a first air channel and a second air channel. In the first air channel, a first air stream for transporting dust particles is routed into a dust-collecting box. In the second air channel, a second air stream for transporting dust particles into the dust-collecting box or into a further dust-collecting box is routed.
COLLET BUSH AND TOOL DRIVING DEVICE
A collet bush includes a tapered cylindrical outer surface, a cylindrical inner surface and a flow path. The collet bush is to be inserted into a concentric collet that is attached to a handheld tool driving device in order to position the tool driving device to a workpiece. The tool driving device holds, rotates and feeds a tool. The tool driving device has a function to suck chips. The outer surface is for expanding the concentric collet. The inner surface forms a through hole for slidably fitting the tool. The flow path is for taking in air used for sucking the chips inside the collet bush. The tool driving device includes the above-mentioned collet bush and the concentric collet.
