A numerically controlled machining center for performing work on a workpiece including a plurality of magazines holding a plurality of tools, each magazine positioned a first distance from an adjacent magazine, a plurality of spindles equal to the number of magazines and movable relative to one another independent of the positions of the magazines, the spindles movable apart from one another in a tool loading position to accommodate large magazine sizes and movable toward one another in a working position to allow the tools to work close together to minimize waste, and a table for supporting a workpiece.

The application describes a machine tool adapted and arranged to carry out removal and addition of material on a work piece located in a work station, the machine having a first head arranged to remove material from the work piece and at least a second head arranged to process the work piece, each of the first and second heads being arranged to be moveable in at least two axes and preferably in 3, 4 or 5 axes and wherein the machine is arranged to control an environment of the work station. The work station is at least partially sealable. The machine has a clean side and a dirty side. Novel processing heads particularly adapted for use in the new machine tool are disclosed. These may also be retrofitted to CNC machines. The novel heads include heads adapted to carry out two processes simultaneously. Heads adapted to carry out heat and pressure treatment are also disclosed. Use of the processing beads to carry out analysis in manufacturing steps is disclosed as is the provision and use of heads that can carry out analysis as well as processing.
CNC dual-spindle transmission device
A CNC dual-spindle transmission device is installable on a CNC dual-spindle machining center to receive first and second spindles of the CNC dual-spindle machining center to mount thereto. The CNC dual-spindle machining center includes a base, a machining table movably mounted on the base, and a vertical column erected upright at a rear portion of the base. The CNC dual-spindle transmission device includes a linear rail assembly mounted to the vertical column, a first slide seat slidably mounted to the linear rail assembly and receiving the first spindle to mount thereto, a second slide seat extending across the first slide seat and slidably mounted to the linear rail assembly in a manner of being spaced from the first slide seat to receive the second spindle to mount thereto, and first and second power units mounted to the vertical column to respectively driven the first and second slide seats to move.
Auxiliary milling unit for a milling machine
An auxiliary milling unit configured to be coupled to a movable main milling unit of a milling machine includes an auxiliary milling tool and a mounting portion configured to couple the auxiliary milling unit to the main milling unit. The mounting portion is movable with the main milling unit. An auxiliary movement assembly is coupled to the mounting portion and the auxiliary milling tool. The auxiliary movement assembly is movable relative to the mounting portion to move the auxiliary milling tool relative to the main milling unit.
Auxiliary milling unit for a milling machine
An auxiliary milling unit configured to be coupled to a movable main milling unit of a milling machine includes an auxiliary milling tool and a mounting portion configured to couple the auxiliary milling unit to the main milling unit. The mounting portion is movable with the main milling unit. An auxiliary movement assembly is coupled to the mounting portion and the auxiliary milling tool. The auxiliary movement assembly is movable relative to the mounting portion to move the auxiliary milling tool relative to the main milling unit.
MILLING CUTTER EQUIPMENT FOR ELEVATED FLOOR
The invention provides a milling cutter equipment for an elevated floor, which is used for milling a plurality of ejector pin structures on the back of the elevated floor. The milling cutter equipment includes a conveying device and a plurality of milling cutter ejector pin devices. The milling cutter ejector pin device includes an elevating device and a milling cutter set device. The milling cutter set device has a plurality of milling cutter bodies. By the use of the above mentioned devices, the conveying device carries the elevated floor and moves it above the elevating device. The elevating device then pushes the elevated floor away from the conveying device and is contacted against the milling cutter set device, and uses the milling cutter body to move it relative to the milling cutter set device and perform milling to the corresponding ejector pin structure.
MILLING CUTTER EQUIPMENT FOR ELEVATED FLOOR
The invention provides a milling cutter equipment for an elevated floor, which is used for milling a plurality of ejector pin structures on the back of the elevated floor.
