A device for removing flashes of a wheel blank includes two layers of turnover mechanisms, wherein the lower-layer turnover mechanism realizes the initial positioning of a wheel and has the function of removing the flashes at both the inner side and the outer side of an inner rim of the wheel, and the upper-layer turnover mechanism realizes the secondary positioning of the wheel and has the function of removing the flashes on the outer rim side. By means of the two layers of turnover mechanisms, the flashes on the front face and end face of a wheel blank outer rim wheel lip, and the inner side and outer side of the inner rim are removed, and coaxial processing conversion and orderly takt connection are ensured. The disclosure also provides a method for removing flashes of a wheel blank.

5-AXIS MACHINING CENTER

The present invention relates to a machining center, and more particularly, to a machining center which allows a bed and a column to be integrated, thereby being capable of reducing the overall size of the apparatus and saving production costs and allows vibrations and displacements occurring in each of 5 axes to be rapidly transmitted to other axes to minimize relative vibrations and displacements between the axes, thereby being capable of performing high-precision machining.

Machine tool

A machine tool includes a trough which collects chips; a mobile unit which is located above the trough and moves in the longitudinal direction of the trough on a bed, is configured from a first beam member, a second beam member, and a connecting member connecting the first beam member and the second beam member, and is formed with a hollow that opens toward the trough from above; a first guide which supports the mobile unit in such a manner that the mobile unit is movable in the longitudinal direction of the trough; a second guide which faces the first guide across the trough, and supports the mobile unit in such a manner that the mobile unit is movable in the longitudinal direction of the trough; and a cradle, both ends of which are supported by the first beam member and the second beam member.
