A system for forming a radiating cable includes radiating machine tool having a cable receiving channel and a carriage. The carriage includes an aperture configured to align with the cable receiving channel, and a milling motor having a milling cutter. A radiating machine tool also includes a carriage receiving structure. A radiating machine is in communication with one or more controllers that receives a feeding speed associated with feeding a coaxial cable into the cable receiving channel, receives a pattern, determines a speed of rotation of the carriage by analyzing the feeding speed and the pattern, causes the carriage to rotate about the axis at the determined speed, and causes the milling cutter to perform one or more cutting actions to create one or more slots forming at least a portion of the pattern in an outer conductor of the coaxial cable.

An automatic method for changing the machining reference frame on a machine for machining parts from bars, notably extruded or molded profile sections, the part to be machined being held during its machining by at least two distinct and independent clamping means each having a longitudinal movement and a rotation on an axis parallel to the long axis of the part to be machined allowing for a relative angular and longitudinal displacement of one relative to the other, a method whereby, in order to proceed with a change of reference frame, one of the clamping means releases the part to be machined and disengages therefrom to turn freely about the long axis of the part independently of the other clamping means, then aligns itself angularly on new clamping references of the part before retaking the latter and allowing for a change of grip by the other clamping means.

Each vertical column is equipped with a first carriage configured to vertically sliding in either direction along its respective column and with a second carriage mounted to the first carriage, and configured to sliding in either direction perpendicular to its respective column. The center also comprises a portal structure whose upper beam above said base is equipped with a motorized spindle for rotating tools, mounted to a support body configured to angular displacements around a pivot for rotating about a first axis parallel to the longitudinal extent of the base.

A muntin bar fabrication system can be used to efficiency produce a wide variety of different types of muntin bars, allowing the fabrication of both standard and custom muntin bar assemblies for doors, windows, and other fenestration products. In some examples, the fabrication system includes a muntin bar stock storage assembly that holds multiple different types of muntin bar stock. The system also includes a muntin bar stock extraction device that extracts one of the different types of muntin bar stock from the storage assembly and conveys the extracted muntin bar stock to a feed device. The feed device feeds the extracted piece of muntin bar stock into a cutting system that includes a multi-axis cutter. The cutting system that performs one or more cutting operations on the extracted muntin bar stock so as to fabricate one or more individual muntin bars from the extracted muntin bar stock.

A cell separator fly-cut mechanism includes a first driving component, a second driving component, a lamination component and a fly-cut component, and the lamination component is in transmission connection with the first driving component; and the fly-cut component is in transmission connection with the second driving component, and the fly-cut component is used to move synchronously with the separator and cut off the separator at the same speed as the separator.
