FOUR IN ONE INFANT BATH TUB

A bathing system includes an elongate tub with a first and second end, a circumferential sidewall extending from the rim to the bottom, and opposing first and second walls. Channels are formed in each wall near the rim. The system includes a convertible sling made of flexible material with three panels. The first and second panels are joined together and secured to the tub rim, while the third panel has leg holes and is attached to the second panel. A bar at the end of the third panel connects to the channels in the tub walls. In a first configuration, the sling cradles an occupant of the tub with the first panel facing upward. In a second configuration, the occupant's legs extend through the leg holes, and the second panel rests on the tub floor, supporting the occupant in a seated position.

BASSINET SUPPORT

A child containment device and a mattress support assembly for a child containment device providing a generally flat mattress configuration under load of a child supported thereon; a multi-paneled mattress for a child containment device allowing repositioning of mattress panels between an expanded state and a compact state, and wherein in the expanded state, structural couplings maintain the mattress in a generally flat configuration; and a chamfered corner arrangement for resisting curling of a mattress for a child containment device.

CHILD MOTION DEVICE

A child motion device including a support frame, a frame hub coupled to the support frame, a gliding swing mechanism pivotally mounted to the frame hub, and a cantilevered child support portion pivotally mounted to the gliding swing mechanism. In example embodiments, the child support portion can be in the form of a child seat or a bassinet. In example embodiments, the child support portion can be oriented between multiple seat-facing orientations for providing either of a side-to-side gliding movement or a front-to-back gliding movement.

An apparatus for soothing a child is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a cart, a conveyor belt, and a stabilization frame. The cart is configured to receive and support a child seat, and includes a plurality of downwardly extending wheels. The conveyor belt is disposed below the cart to support the cart. The conveyor belt has an uneven surface. The wheels of the cart role over the uneven surface while the conveyor belt operates. The stabilization frame extends higher than the conveyor belt, surrounds the conveyor belt, and is configured to maintain the cart over the conveyor belt while the conveyor belt operates. Movements created by the wheels of the cart rolling over the uneven surface are transmitted via the cart to the child seat, which can have a soothing effect on a child seated therein.

CHILD CONTAINMENT SYSTEM WITH MULTIPLE INFANT SUPPORT MODES

A child containment system has a child containment structure with a bottom and a perimeter wall surrounding the bottom. A bassinet has an infant support surface and a surrounding wall around the infant support surface. The bassinet can be mounted to the child containment structure with the infant support surface elevated above the bottom of the child containment structure. An infant support unit can have a frame, a bed supported by the frame, and legs that extend from one end infant support unit to the distal second end. The infant support unit is configured for use in a first operational mode in which the infant support unit at least partially positioned within the child containment structure with the bed overlying the bassinet's infant support surface, and with a portion of the legs contacting the bassinet's infant support surface.
