The back carrier adjusting system is applied to a back carrier, which includes a main body and a strap unit connected to the main body. The back carrier adjusting system includes a guiding unit, a sliding unit and a fastening device. The guiding unit is disposed on the strap unit. The sliding unit is connected to the main body and slidably limited in the guiding unit. The fastening device includes at least one lace and a reel mechanism operably coupled with the at least one lace. The at least one lace is connected to the sliding unit. The reel mechanism is operated to retract or release the at least one lace, which makes the sliding unit move relative to the guiding unit, in order to adjust a height of the main body relative to the strap unit.

This invention relates to an infant carrier adaptable for selectively carrying the infant in the front or the back of the wearer and facing towards or away from the wearer without requiring that the child be repositioned in the carrier. The lower aspect of the main panel consists of a seat component with a belt around the waist to secure the baby in place. A handle adjusting mechanism for adjusting a handle relative to a carrier body pivotally connected to the handle, includes a locking component slidably disposed at a pivotal connection of the handle and the carrier body. The locking component includes a first locking portion and a second locking portion. The first locking portion is for engaging with the handle. The second locking portion is for engaging with the carrier body. The handle is restrained from pivoting relative to the carrier body when the locking component slides to an engaging position to engage the first locking portion with the handle and to engage the second locking portion with the carrier body. The handle is allowed to pivot relative to the carrier body when the locking component slides to a disengaging position to disengage the first locking portion from the handle and to disengage the second locking portion from the carrier body.
