CUTTING DEVICE AND CUTTING METHOD
This cutting device is a device for obtaining a processed material by cutting off an end portion of a plate material by a first cutting blade and a second cutting blade which relatively approach each other, and includes: a first contact part and the first cutting blade which clamp a processed material portion of the plate material from front and back surfaces thereof; the second cutting blade and a second contact part which clamp an end material portion of the plate material from front and back surfaces thereof; and a drive part which causes the first cutting blade and the second cutting blade to start relative approach while maintaining a flat state where the processed material portion and the end material portion are on the same plane.
EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMATIC SHEARING OF COLD-ROLLED VARIABLE THICKNESS PLATE, AND SHEARING METHOD BASED ON SAME
Disclosed are an automatic shearing apparatus for a cold-rolled plate of variable thickness, and a shearing method using the apparatus. The method comprises that: a thickness gauge (4) and a length-measuring device (3) are successively arranged in front of shears (5); and a control device identifies the profile of a strip material passing through the thickness gauge (4) according to length tracing data and measured thickness values, and determines the position of the strip material at the shears (5), simultaneously compares the profile with the set profile of a plate of continuously variable thickness, and decides the action time of the shears. The apparatus and the method can efficiently and accurately shear rolls of supplied materials of continuously variable thickness into plates of continuously variable thickness which can be directly used by a user.

Hard disk drive desledder
A hard disk drive desledder comprises a support and a cutting member. The support is configured to receive and to support a hard disk drive assembly that includes a hard disk drive and a sled. The cutting member has at least two cutting edges corresponding to respective portions of the sled. The cutting member is movable from a first position spaced apart from the support and a second position adjacent the support to cause the at least two cutting edges to cut portions of the sled to allow the hard disk drive to be removed from the hard disk drive assembly. A hard disk drive desledder comprises a support and a cutting member. The support is configured to receive and to support a hard disk drive assembly that includes a hard disk drive and a sled. The cutting member has at least two cutting edges corresponding to respective portions of the sled. The cutting member is movable from a first position spaced apart from the support and a second position adjacent the support to cause the at least two cutting edges to cut portions of the sled to allow the hard disk drive to be removed from the hard disk drive assembly. The inner plate is embedded in the second mounting groove through a plurality of bolts passing through the plurality of first bolt holes. The inner plate includes a plurality of second bolt holes and a plurality of second recesses. The plurality of support plates lean against the inner plate.
