Convertible Auto-Rocking Rocker
An auto-rocking rocker that converts from an infant sleeper to a toddler seat. The convertible rocker comprises a support section that has a concave portion for receiving a child, a frame assembly coupled to the support section, and an auto-rocking mechanism coupled to the frame assembly. The auto-rocking mechanism is configured to be operable while the convertible rocker is in the infant sleeper configuration and inoperable while the convertible rocker is in the toddler seat configuration.
ADAPTIVE SENSORY OUTPUTS SYNCHRONIZED TO INPUT TEMPOS FOR SOOTHING EFFECTS
Sensory outputs are synchronized to input tempos for providing soothing and other effects for children and other persons. In example embodiments, juvenile products such as rockers and swings have motors that are controlled to produce an oscillatory motion with an adaptive tempo that is synchronized to rhythmic inputs such as a parent's heartbeat. In other example embodiments, juvenile products such as music players are controlled to output signals to play songs via speakers with an adaptive tempo that is synchronized to rhythmic inputs such as an infant's respiratory rate.
Depth-adjustable fabric enclosure
A depth-adjustable fabric liner for removable attachment to a structural support fame for use as a child containment device. In example forms, the depth-adjustable fabric liner provides for adjustability to the depth of the floor or bottom of the liner such that the bottom or floor portion of the liner is adjustable between at least two different heights. In example forms, the depth-adjustable fabric liner is adjustable relative to the structural support frame between a first floor position, a second floor position, and a third floor position such that the child containment device is generally convertible between the play yard configuration, a bassinet configuration, and a sleeper configuration. In some example forms, the liner is substantially elastic and stretchable.
Child's swing seat with cover
A child's swing seat has a bottom support and a back support integral with the bottom support. A cover removably connected to the back support is provided. A child restraint is provided, which is fixed in some embodiments and moveable about a hinge in others. In other embodiments, the cover is fixed and integral with the back support. The cover may be dome-shaped or substantially flat. A drain hole is provided in the seat bottom to dispose of rainwater.
Infant Care Apparatus
An infant care apparatus includes a base; a drive mechanism disposed on the base; a controller electronically coupled to the drive mechanism; and a support device coupled to the drive mechanism. The support device is configured to be moved in both a horizontal and vertical direction relative to the base by the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is controlled by the controller to move the support device in a plurality of motion profiles relative to the base.
Movable human support structure
A movable human support structure has a support against which at least a part of a human can be borne in use, a base, and a first motion transmitting assembly acting between the support and the base. The first motion transmitting assembly has at least one link member connecting between the base and the support. The at least one link member is configured to be movable: a) relative to the support around a first axis; and b) relative to the base around a second axis. The first and second axes are non-parallel to each other. The first motion transmitting assembly is configured to guide movement of the support relative to the base in opposite directions in a non-straight path.
Apparatus and method for an adjustable mode child rocker and swing
An adjustable mode child rocker can be adjusted to provide a number of different swinging/rocking motions to a child positioned within the rocker. The child rocker can include a seat assembly that can include a seat upon which a child can sit. The child rocker can also include a trolley assembly that is directly or indirectly attached to the seat assembly and can include multiple wheels near the bottom of the trolley assembly. The child rocker can also include at least one stationary track and at least one adjustable track for the wheels to move along to provide the different rocking/swinging motions to the seat assembly. The adjustable track(s) is adjustable from at least a first position to a second position to change the distance between the troughs of the respective stationary and adjustable tracks along a longitudinal axis of the child rocker and thereby changing the rocking/swinging motion.
Adjustable baby bouncer
A baby bouncer comprising a telescopic base, a seat, and an insert. The telescopic base comprises an outer shell portion and an inner extending portion located at least partially within the outer shell portion; an adjustable upper support pivotally coupled to the telescopic base; a connection limb having a first end operatively coupled to the adjustable upper support and a second end operatively coupled to the inner extending portion; an actuation pedal for adjusting an angle of the adjustable upper support in relation to the telescopic base; and a safety lock disposed on the telescopic base. The bouncer seat has a receiving area and an attachment pocket. The removable insert is received in the receiving area of the seat and receives an infant.
Rocking chair for children
A rocking chair for children, comprising a seat body, a supporting frame and a seat body limiting mechanism, a driving motor, a driving motor power output part and a rotating shaft; one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the driving motor power output part, and the seat body pivots around the other end of the rotating shaft; when the rotating shaft rotates, the pivot point between the other end of the rotating shaft and the seat body moves relative to a fixed connection point between one end of the rotating shaft and the driving motor power output part at a certain distance; and the seat body limiting mechanism can limit the included angle between the seat body and the rotating shaft to be kept within a set angle when the driving motor drives the rotating shaft for forward and reverse rotation in a reciprocating mode.
Activity jumper
An activity jumper for a child includes a base and two vertical supports operably connected to the base. The vertical supports extend upward from the base with each vertical support including two arms that extend away from the vertical support. A plurality of stretchable tension members are each operably connected to one of the two arms of one of the two vertical supports and a tabletop is suspended by the tension members, the tabletop having a top play surface and a central opening with a child seat disposed in the central opening. A method of storing an activity jumper is also provided.
