LOCK BOLT COLLAR REMOVAL TOOL
A blade assembly for cutting a member which surrounds a bolt member includes a first blade comprising a first cutting edge aligned with a first cutting plane which extends in a first direction from the first cutting edge; a second blade comprising a second cutting edge aligned with a second cutting plane which extends in a second direction from the second cutting edge; and a third blade comprising a third cutting edge aligned with a third cutting plane which extends in the second direction from the third cutting edge, wherein the first, second and third blades are associated with one another. The first cutting edge is spaced apart from the second and third cutting edges and the first cutting plane extends between the second and third cutting planes.
A CUTTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a cutting device for use in cutting a collar which is mounted on a bolt in half, the cutting device comprising: a mouth (16) for receiving the portion of the collar (28) to be cut; a pair of jaws (17a, 17b) diametrically opposite one another and located within the mouth (16), each jaw (17a, 17b) being provided with a cutting blade (18), a driver (22) for moving at least one jaw (17a) relative to the other (17b) such that the collar (28) can be cut in half by the action of the jaws (17a, 17b) moving towards one another, and a guard (15) which, in use, prevents the cutting blade (18) from protruding beyond the mouth (16) and damaging a surface adjacent to the collar (28) to be cut in half.
Hydraulic tools
A hydraulic tool for working on a workpiece. A housing is configured for holding. A motor is positioned in the housing. A battery is supported by the housing and operable to supply power to the motor. A drive mechanism is supported by the housing and includes a cylinder, a piston moveably supported in the cylinder, and a pump powered by the motor and operable to supply hydraulic fluid to the cylinder to move the piston relative to the cylinder. A jaw member is supported by the housing and configured to engage with the workpiece. A spindle is operatively coupled to the drive mechanism such that operating the drive mechanism moves the spindle relative to the jaw member to work on the workpiece.
