A portable changing table device for folding and porting, allowing a user to transport items within the changing table while folded includes a platform having a base wall and a peripheral wall extending upwardly from the base wall. The platform includes a first section that is pivotably coupled to a second section. The first and second sections pivot together into a folded configuration wherein the peripheral wall on the first section contacts the peripheral wall on the second section. A central hinge pivotably couples the first section to the second section. A plurality of legs is removably coupled to the platform to support the platform above a ground surface. Each leg of the plurality of legs is pivotably coupled to a bottom side of the base wall whereby each of the plurality of legs pivots upwardly toward the bottom side of the base wall.

A system for maintaining an infant in a supine position on a base encased by a fitted cover. The system includes a garment including lateral tabs configured to removably attach to spaced tethers attached to the fitted cover. In use, the garment is positioned between the spaced tethers and each tether removably attaches to both sides of the respective tab such that the tab is captured between portions of the tether. In embodiments, the tabs and tethers removably attach using hook and look fasteners having a high resistance to shear pulling forces. In embodiments, the system resists rollover motion without constraining hip motion.

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a reflux-preventing cushion for preventing digestive reflux that occurs in a newborn, the reflux-preventing cushion including a backrest cushion configured to be inclined at a certain angle and allow the newborn to be laid to prevent the digestive reflux, and a buttocks cushion including a pair of bands configured to cover the newborn from both sides of the body of the newborn in a state in which the newborn is laid on the backrest cushion, wherein an uninclined backrest cushion is further included on an upper portion of an inclined backrest cushion.

A swaddle blanket and band are described. The blanket and band may be used alone or in combination. The blanket and band may utilize panels of hook and loop fasteners (e.g., silent hook and loop fasteners) that may be sewn onto a base fabric to allow for ease of swaddling. In addition, the blanket may utilize a strap that folds and attaches to itself to form a loop to secure a lower portion of the blanket and provide size adjustability/remove excess slack.

An apparatus and method for replacing a used diaper, including a frame, a backrest and a core movable in the frame. The method includes placing a new diaper onto a diapering system on the core, placing the person on the backrest, moving the core from an initial position to a first position adjacent the diapering area, removing the used diaper using a diaper removing system, depositing the used diaper into a waste tank by the diaper removing system of the core, moving a diapering system of the core into a position adjacent the diapering area, placing the new diaper, held by the diapering system, onto the diapering area, and moving the core back to the initial position after the new diaper has been placed on the diapering area of the person. Addition steps can include sealing a plastic bag for holding the removed used diaper and washing the diapering area.
