CIRCULAR SAW PLUNGE PIPE CUTTER
A circular saw plunge pipe cutter includes a main housing, a drive mechanism at least partially disposed within the main housing, a saw blade operably coupled with the drive mechanism, and a shoe slidably coupled to the main housing. The shoe includes a pipe receptacle in which a pipe is receivable. The circular saw plunge pipe cutter is adjustable between a plunge state, in which the main housing moves toward the shoe and the saw blade extends into the pipe receptacle, and a retracted state in which the main housing moves away from the shoe and the saw blade does not extend into the pipe receptacle.
AN INTEGRALLY FORMED TOOL ARM FOR A POWER CUTTER
An integrally formed tool arm for a power cutter, the tool arm comprising a first aperture (310) for receiving a motor axle, a second aperture (320) for receiving a tool axle of a rotatable work tool, wherein the first aperture (310) and the second aperture (320) are intersected by and orthogonal to a longitudinal extension axis of the tool arm, the tool arm further comprising first rail cutting accessory attachment means (330) arranged to receive a rail cutting accessory, wherein the first rail cutting accessory attachment means (330) is arranged offset from the longitudinal extension axis of the power cutter arm.
TRACK SAW ASSEMBLY
A circular saw including a shoe, saw unit, depth scale, and depth stop. The shoe has an upper surface and an opposite, lower surface. The saw unit includes a circular saw blade and is pivotably coupled to the shoe between a first position in which the saw blade does not protrude beyond the lower surface of the shoe, and a second position in which the saw blade protrudes beyond the lower surface of the shoe. The depth scale extends from the upper surface of the shoe. The depth stop includes a stop body, a button, and a spring biasing the button away from the body. The button being movable between a locked position locked to the depth scale, and an unlocked position, movable along the depth scale to a location coinciding with a desired cutting depth. The spring biases the button to the locked position.
SAW ASSEMBLY
A rail adapter may include a mount configured to couple to the workpiece. A rail adapter may include a first arm having a first end pivotably coupled to the mount about a first pivot axis and an opposite second end. A rail adapter may include a second arm having a first end pivotably coupled to the first arm about a second pivot axis and an opposite second end. A rail adapter may include a mounting bracket pivotably coupled to the second end of the second arm and mounted to the saw. A rail adapter may include a first pivot lock engageable to inhibit a first degree of freedom of the mounting bracket and the saw. A rail adapter may include a second pivot lock engageable to inhibit a second degree of freedom of the mounting bracket and the saw, the second degree of freedom being different from the first.
