Attachable and Extendable Saw and Methods for Using Same
An attachable and extendable saw and methods for cutting objects with the attachable and extendable saw are provided. The attachable and extendable saw can include a blade housing coupled to a main body. The blade housing at least partially covers a saw blade and the extendable member can be configured to move the saw blade with or without the blade housing between a retracted position and an extended position relative to the main body. The extendable saw can also include means to drive the saw blade, means to drive the extendable member, and means for attaching the attachable and extendable saw to the objects to be cut.
SAW GUIDES FOR GANG SAWS
A saw guide for attachment to a guide post of a saw guide arbor guide assembly includes a head and a body. The head is attached to the guide post. The head includes opposed first and second head surfaces, a collar wall, and a head sidewall. The collar wall extends between the first and second head surfaces, with the collar wall engaging with the guide post. The head sidewall extends between the first and second head surfaces and defines an outer perimeter of the head. The body is attached to the head and includes opposed first and second body surfaces and a body sidewall. The body sidewall extends between the first and second body surfaces and defines an outer perimeter of the body. The saw guide further includes a lattice structure extending within at least the body, with the lattice structure extending between the first and second body surfaces.
WET CUTTING SAW
A wet cutting saw for cutting a ground portion, the wet cutting saw including a blade rotatable about an axis, a liquid feed conduit for feeding liquid onto a surface of the blade as it rotates, a frame for carrying the blade and configured to travel over a surface of the ground portion, and a mounting assembly that mounts the blade to the frame, at least part of the mounting assembly pivotable relative to the frame to raise and lower the blade relative to the frame.
Cutting devices
A cutting device may include a friction reducing device arranged in an operational force transmission path between an operation member and a fixing device that can fix a circular cutter to a rotational shaft of a cutting unit.
FLOOR SAW WITH BLADE GUARD
A powered saw assembly includes a base having a top surface, a column fixed to the top surface, and a guide rail supported above the top surface. The assembly includes a saw unit translatable along the guide rail, the saw unit including a rotating arbor to which a saw blade is attachable for co-rotation therewith. A blade guard at least partially surrounds the saw blade and defines an opening through which the saw blade is movable for attaching or removing the saw blade relative to the arbor. A cover is movably coupled to the blade guard to selectively close the opening. With the cover moved away from the blade guard to expose the opening, the saw blade is attachable or removable relative to the arbor through the opening without passing the saw blade through the slot.
SLIDABLE WORKBENCH
A slidable workbench includes a shifting mechanism and a push member. The shifting mechanism includes a fixed board, two slide rails, and a sliding platform. Immovable sections of the slide rails are disposed on the top surface of the fixed board and spaced at an interval. Movable sections of the slide rails are disposed at the bottom surface of the sliding platform, enabling the sliding platform to slide on the fixed board through the slide rails. Thereby, a workpiece is pushed by the push member and the sliding platform is slidable relative to the fixed board for the user to operate a table saw in a quick, labor-saving and easy manner. The slidable workbench can be used for all kinds of saw machines to enhance the convenience and safety of the saw machines greatly and improve the quality of cutting.
CUTTING MACHINE WITH CLAMP ASSEMBLY
A cutting machine with clamp assembly includes a saw blade, a worktable, and a clamp assembly. The worktable is adjacent to the saw blade and can move along a processing axis relative to the saw blade. The worktable includes a tabletop facing the saw blade, a processing area set on the tabletop and extending along the processing axis and corresponding to the saw blade, and a chute recessed on the tabletop and extending in the direction of the processing area. The clamp assembly can be operated to move along the chute. The present invention uses the clamp assembly to firmly press against the workpiece, thereby assisting the positioning of the workpiece and ensuring the safety of the user.
Drill Column End Section Assembly for a Drill Stand
A drill column end section assembly for a drill stand, comprising an end section (110) and a feed unit stopping element (120) arranged movable between a first position and a second position, wherein the stopping element (120), when in the first position, is arranged to prevent a drill stand feed unit from traversing past the drill column end section assembly, and, when in the second position, is arranged to allow the drill stand feed unit to traverse past the drill column end section assembly. The drill column end section assembly also comprises a positioning element (130) configured to releasably hold the stopping element (120) in the first position.
PARTING MACHINE, WORKPIECE POSITIONING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to a cutting machine comprising a rotating cutting wheel for performing separating cuts in a workpiece, and also relates to a workpiece positioning device for such a cutting machine. The cutting machine comprises a cutting wheel and a drive motor for driving the cutting wheel, a clamping means for clamping the workpiece, means for mechanically positioning the workpiece along one or two translational directions and additionally about one or two rotation axes, and a lifting mechanism for setting the cutting wheel on the workpiece to perform separating cuts in the positioned workpiece using the cutting wheel.
