TILE SAW
A tile saw includes a saw unit having a motor and a saw blade driven by the motor, a table through which the saw blade at least partially protrudes, and a pan positioned underneath the table and including a channel configured to receive at least a portion of the saw blade. The channel extends along a longitudinal axis perpendicular to a rotational axis of the saw blade such that fluid moves through the channel in a first direction in response to rotation of the saw blade. An interior wall is positioned adjacent the channel. The interior wall is obliquely oriented relative to the longitudinal axis of the channel to redirect the fluid in a second direction that is different from the first direction.

Electrical configuration for object detection system in a saw
An object detection system in a saw includes an electrically conductive plate positioned at a predetermined distance from the implement, a detection circuit comprising a transformer, and a single cable connecting first terminal and second terminals of the transformer. The single cable includes a first conductor electrically connected to the first terminal of the winding and to the electrically conductive plate, a second conductor electrically connected to the implement, and an electrical insulator positioned between the first conductor and the second conductor.

CUTTING APPARATUS
A cutting apparatus for cutting a workpiece, the cutting apparatus including a first housing portion and a second housing portion, a saw supported by the first housing portion, and a feed mechanism supported by the second housing portion. The cutting apparatus includes a height adjustment mechanism for adjusting a distance between the first housing portion and the second housing portion whereby the height adjustment mechanism positions the feed mechanism relative to the first housing portion. The feed mechanism is operable to move the workpiece through the apparatus to be cut by the saw.
Transmission Device For a Table Saw
A transmission device is adapted for use in a table saw, and includes a bracket and a lifting seat that is movably mounted to the bracket. The transmission device includes a motor, a speed reduction unit, and a saw blade unit. The motor is adapted to be mounted to the lifting seat and has a rotatable central shaft. The speed reduction unit is adapted to be mounted to the lifting seat, is connected to the central shaft, and is driven rotatably by the motor. The saw blade unit includes an output shaft adapted for connection to the lifting seat, extending along a second axis, and driven by the speed reduction unit, and a blade member connected co-rotatably to the output shaft, and having a portion that is adapted to be received in the bracket.
Tile saw
A tile saw includes a saw unit having a motor and a saw blade driven by the motor, a table through which the saw blade at least partially protrudes, and a pan positioned underneath the table and including an interior cavity configured to hold a fluid. The interior cavity is defined by a floor and at least one side wall of the pan. The tile saw also includes a first interior wall that extends upward from the floor of the pan and a second interior wall that extends upward from the floor of the pan. The second interior wall is spaced apart from the first interior wall to define a channel into which the saw blade extends.

Airflow management system for a power tool
A table saw includes a lower guard assembly, a first airflow fan, a motor, and a drivetrain system. The lower guard assembly has a dust exhaust chute and is configured to at least partially enclose a lower portion of a saw blade. The first airflow fan is positioned in the lower guard assembly and is configured to produce a first airflow directed through the lower guard assembly toward the dust exhaust chute. The motor is configured to rotationally drive an output shaft, and the drivetrain system connects the output shaft to the first airflow fan and the saw blade to enable the motor to rotationally drive the first airflow fan and the saw blade simultaneously.
