According to various embodiments, a reciprocating saw drill bit is disclosed. The reciprocating saw drill bit includes a spindle with a first axis of rotation, a portion of the spindle defining a cylindrical section having a second axis, where the second axis is not parallel to the first axis. The reciprocating saw drill bit further includes a swashplate having a hole from a first surface of the swashplate to a second surface of the swashplate and a spherical portion having a center point positioned at a fixed distance normal to a centerline of the hole, the hole having an inner surface adapted to fit around an outer surface of the cylindrical section of the spindle. The reciprocating saw drill bit additionally includes a connecting rod, adapted to slide through at least one bushing, the connecting rod having a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting rod being adapted to connect to the spherical portion of the swashplate via a ball-and-socket/slider joint hybrid, the second end adapted to connect to a removable blade.

Hand-Held Cutting Tool

A hand-held cutting tool includes a handle, an operating unit, and a dampening arrangement. The handle includes a stationary part and a flexible part pivotally attached to the stationary part. At least a portion of the operating unit is fitted to the flexible part and at least one part of the dampening arrangement is located in stationary part. The dampening arrangement includes a rod that connects the flexible part to the stationary part of the handle. The rod is connected to the stationary part by a flexible element configured to dampen vibrations of the operating unit relative to the handle. The rod is connected to the flexible part by a pivot pin configured to dampen the vibrations of the operating unit relative to the handle.

PERCUSSIVE MASSAGE DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE

A percussive massage device that includes a housing, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, and a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor. The housing includes first, second and third handle portions that cooperate to define a handle opening, wherein the first handle portion defines a first axis, the second handle portion defines a second axis and the third handle portion defines a third axis, and wherein the first, second and third axes cooperate to form a triangle.

Reciprocating saw

A power tool includes a housing, a motor, and a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes a driven gear that is rotated by the motor. The driven gear is vertically-oriented within the housing and has an upper portion and a lower portion. The drive mechanism also includes a connecting rod coupled to the driven gear to translate rotary motion of the driven gear into reciprocating motion, and an output shaft coupled to the connecting rod to reciprocate relative to the housing through a cutting stroke and a return stroke. The drive mechanism further includes a counterweight coupled to the driven gear for rotation with the driven gear. The counterweight moves through the upper portion of the driven gear during the cutting stroke of the output shaft, and moves through the lower portion of the driven gear during a return stroke of the output shaft.

Surgical sagittal blade cartridge with a reinforced guide bar

A surgical sagittal saw cartridge that includes a guide bar formed from an inner plate and opposed outer plates, the inner plate defining a head. The cartridge has a blade that is disposed against the head of the inner plate. The inner plate may comprise an inner tine and/or two opposed outer tines. The inner tine may be formed to define the head against which the blade is disposed. The outer tines extend distally so as to define a space between the outer tines in which the blade is seated.

A reciprocating cutting tool switches stably between the on and off states of orbital action or between the degrees of orbital action. The reciprocating cutting tool includes a rod-like slider reciprocable in a front-rear direction, a blade holder at the front end of the slider, an orbital unit that causes the blade holder to perform orbital action vertically in response to reciprocation of the slider, and an orbital switcher that switches between orbital modes operable by the orbital unit. The orbital switcher includes a lever body extending laterally. The lever body includes a first flat surface to support the slider indirectly. The first support flat surface includes a first portion frontward from a lateral central axis of the lever body and a second portion rearward from the central axis.
