Product securement and management system
A merchandising system that improves the merchandising of product by limiting the number and the frequency with which product can be removed from, for example, a merchandising shelf. The merchandising system may include a base configured to support product and a housing configured to engage the base. The housing may comprise a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a front retaining wall. The merchandise system may be configured to hold a number of products, such as cans (for example, baby formula cans) in the merchandise system that would be accessible to the customer one at a time out of the front of the merchandise system. The front of each merchandise system may include its own individual security window attached to the merchandise system that allows the customer to remove one can at a time.
Display device and methods of use
A display device for selectively displaying an at least one multi-dimensional object is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the display device provides an upper portion and a corresponding lower portion configured for selective engagement with the upper portion, thereby allowing the upper portion to remain in a substantially vertical orientation. The upper portion provides a first frame and an opposing second frame selectively engageable with the first frame. The first frame provides a first aperture, the first aperture having a first window panel spanning the first aperture. The second frame provides a corresponding second aperture sized for approximating the dimensions of the first aperture, the second aperture having a second window panel spanning the second aperture. The first and second apertures cooperate to define an enclosure therebetween for selectively receiving the at least one object therewithin.
ADJUSTABLE DRIP TRAY ASSEMBLY FOR GRAVITY-FED DISPLAY SYSTEM
An adjustable drip tray assembly for a rack of a gravity-fed display shelf. The adjustable drip tray assembly includes a pair of clip assemblies attached to the rack, each clip assembly having a body with a base, a front end, and a rear end. A projecting bracket is coupled to the front end, an adjustable bracket is disposed between the front and rear ends of the body, and a spacing bracket is disposed near the rear end. The adjustable bracket includes a longitudinal slot and a spring nut disposed within the longitudinal slot and into a receiving member to secure the adjustable bracket to the body. A drip tray includes ends disposed on the pair of clip assemblies, the pair of clip assemblies supporting and adjustably securing the drip tray to the rack and spacing the drip tray from the rack.
Display assembly
A display assembly having a top member connected to a bottom member. The top member has a top wall, sidewalls, and a flange having an outer edge that extends outwardly from the sidewalls. The bottom member has a bottom wall, sidewalls, a flange that extends outwardly from the sidewall, and an outer ridge on the flange that extends toward the top member.
Piece of display furniture for disglaying goods
A piece of furniture, in particular in the form of a piece of display furniture and preferably in the form of a piece of display furniture for displaying goods, further preferably a piece of modular-construction furniture in the form of a rack or cabinet, comprising a plurality of furniture elements, designed preferably as display-furniture elements, in the form of surface-area elements (1, 2) and connecting elements (4), it being possible for the latter to be fitted on narrow sides of the surface-area elements (1, 2), wherein the connection on the narrow sides, it being possible for said connection to be released without the use of tools, takes place via a tongue structure which can be introduced into a groove structure, preferably via a tongue which can be introduced into a groove or via a multiple tongue, designed at least in the form of a double tongue, which can be introduced into a multiple groove, designed at least in the form of a double groove, and wherein the furniture elements (1, 2, 4) are secured via the groove/tongue connection in a direction transverse to the surface-area extent of the surface-area element (1, 2) and, in addition, counter to the direction of introduction via the interaction of at least one magnet (6), arranged on one furniture element, and of a further magnetically attractable part, arranged on the adjacent furniture element, such that two surface-area elements (2, 1) which are arranged one beside the other or directly at a corner are connected via just one connecting element (4).
ADJUSTABLE BREATH GUARD
A breath guard includes a first support, a second support, a guide rail coupled to the first support and extending in a substantially longitudinal direction, the guide rail including a rack defining a series of teeth, an adjustable panel extending between the first support and the second support, and an adjustment mechanism including a pawl rotatably coupled to the adjustable panel and configured to selectively engage the teeth of the rack. The adjustable panel is rotatable relative to the guide rail about an axis of rotation that extends laterally. The adjustment mechanism is configured to prevent longitudinal movement of the adjustable panel relative to the guide rail in a first direction and allow longitudinal movement of the adjustable panel in a second direction when the pawl engages the teeth of the rack, such that the adjustable panel is selectively repositionable between a series of longitudinal positions.
ADJUSTABLE BREATH GUARD
A breath guard for a food serving system includes first and second supports positioned laterally offset from one another, a guide rail coupled to the first support and extending in a substantially longitudinal direction, an adjustable panel extending between the first and second supports, and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the adjustable panel and configured to selectively engage the guide rail in a series of locations. The adjustable panel is rotatably and translatably coupled to the guide rail and is rotatable relative to the guide rail about an axis of rotation that extends laterally. The adjustment mechanism prevents longitudinal movement of the adjustable panel in a first direction and allows movement in a second direction opposite the first direction when the adjustment mechanism engages the guide rail, such that the adjustable panel is selectively repositionable between a plurality of longitudinal positions.
SHELVING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM AND RELATED METHODS
The present invention provides shelf adjustment systems and methods that may be used in merchandiser display cases and other applications to accommodate changes in product offering, giving the user increased flexibility in the use of merchandiser display cases. The shelf adjustment systems of embodiments of the present invention provide methods and apparatus for coordinating shelf adjustment, such that adjusting the display angle of one shelf of the invention causes the display angle of another shelf or shelves to also be adjusted by the same amount as the adjusted shelf.
Buffet Table with Legs
A banquet-type table has a tabletop on a stand. The stand comprises upright legs interconnected by upper and lower spars. Each leg comprises an elongated shell with an exterior wall intermediate a pair of lateral walls. The exterior wall is oriented to face outwardly, and the pair of lateral walls is oriented to face adjacent legs. Each leg further comprises a pair of top notches formed in a top of the pair of lateral walls, forming a top shelf. A respective upper spar is received in the pair of top notches, and is disposed on the top shelf. Each leg further comprises a pair of bottom notches formed in a bottom of the pair of lateral walls, forming a bottom lip. A respective lower spar is received in the pair of bottom notches. The bottom lip is disposed on the respective lower spar.
