SENSORY DISPLAY
Described herein is a sensory display comprising a rotatable body for enclosing a product. Also described herein is a display comprising a scent valve for smelling an enclosed product.
Stands to hold model objects
The present disclosure is directed to a stand that includes a base; a back operably connected to the base; and at least one extendable side support, wherein the at least one extendable side support is configured to slidably move horizontally in relation to the base.
Modular display case
A modular display case having a chamber for holding an item to be displayed, such as a folded flag, as well as a chamber for housing an illuminating LED strip within the base of the case. The case is made from multiple layers of material spaced apart with ring spacers between the front panel and back panel which are connected with fasteners. The front panel of the case is removably attached to the body of the case and is seated within a tray in the integrated base. The item held in the display chamber is visible through slats between the layers as well as through the viewing windows on the front and rear panels of the case. The rear panel of the case is generally solid whereas the front panel is removably attached to the body of the case and thereby permits access to the display chamber.
Refrigerator and method for controlling the same
Provided is a refrigerator, which includes a refrigerating compartment, a freezing compartment, and a door assembly. The freezing compartment is adjacent to the refrigerating compartment. The door assembly selectively opens the refrigerating compartment and the freezing compartment. The door assembly includes a glass member defining a frontal exterior thereof and allowing an inside of the refrigerating compartment or the freezing compartment to be seen therethrough when the door assembly is closed, a deposition treated layer formed on a rear surface of the glass member to allow light to partially pass through the glass member, and a transparent plate spaced a predetermined distance from the glass member. Gas for insulation is injected in a space formed between the glass member and the transparent plate, and the space is sealed.
MUSEUM SHOWCASE WITH A RACK AND PINION DRIVE SYSTEM FOR A SLIDING DOOR
The museum showcase comprises a casing with at least one open side, a sliding door for closing the open side of the casing, a guide system to allow the horizontal displacement of the sliding door with respect to the casing, and an actuation system to cause the displacement of the sliding door on the guide system. The actuation system comprises a rack, integral with the sliding door and extending in the direction of its width, two drive pinions rotatably mounted on the casing and in meshing engagement with the rack. The two pinions are arranged spaced apart from each other in the direction of the width of the open side of the casing. It follows a very wide opening of the showcase.
Ultraviolet and white light showcase
A showcase is provided for displaying items, at least one of which is an ultraviolet-reactive item. The showcase has a showcase structure for containing the items to be displayed, which includes at least one glazed surface through which the items can be seen. Showcase lighting is provided wired with the showcase structure. The showcase lighting includes: at least one compact ultraviolet LED assembly; a white light assembly; and a controller for controlling the ultraviolet LED assembly and white light assembly with modulation such that the ultraviolet radiation stimulates visible fluorescence in the ultraviolet-reactive item while items in the showcase structure are broadly illuminated by the white light. A method for displaying items in a showcase, and a kit for retrofitting existing showcases is also provided.
Insulating Glass Elements for Multiple-Pane Doors with a Transparent Edge Composite and Method for Producing the Insulating Glass Elements
The aim of the invention is to not use, partially or completely, the inner aluminium profile as a spacer in multi-pane doors of refrigerators whilst retaining the required stability and also to replace all other spacers with transparent glass spacer. The invention also relates to methods for the production thereof. The insulating glass elements for the multiple-pane doors with a transparent edge composite for use in shop fittings, refrigerator construction and special cabinet construction, comprise glass spacers (1) between the base disk (4) and the cover disk (4) in the vertical regions of doors and in the upper horizontal region or in both horizontal regions, aluminum or plastic spacers (2), and EVA film sheets (3) between the base disk (4) and the spacers (1, 2) and between the spacers (1, 2) and the cover disk (4), the EVA film sheets (3) are arranged in the four edge regions overlapping the vertical spacers (2) to the horizontal spacers (1). In another embodiment, the EVA film is replaced with ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer granulates, which is heated by means of a metering device and is applied in a liquefied form at the desired positions as thread-shaped strips. The crosslinking between the glass and the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer occurs in the lamination oven.
Cabinet with tiltable wire shelf and bin exchange system
A cabinet assembly includes a cabinet body, a tiltable wire shelf, and a shelf mounting system. The cabinet body has a base, a top, and a pair of sides that extend between the base and the top to define an inner volume. The tiltable wire shelf is mounted in the inner volume of the cabinet body and includes a front bar, a rear bar, a pair of side bars, and a plurality of crossbars. The shelf mounting system supports the tiltable wire shelf on the cabinet body and comprises a pivot coupling between the cabinet body and the front or rear bar of the tiltable wire shelf, and a sliding coupling between the cabinet body and one of the side bars of the tiltable wire shelf. The couplings cooperate to provide tiltable adjustment of the tiltable wire shelf relative to the cabinet body over a range of angles.
Power management systems for product demonstration fixtures
Power management systems for an electronic product demonstration fixture for demonstrating portable electronic devices. The product demonstration fixture may include an exhibition portion and a base portion. A portable electronic device offered for sale may be affixed to the exhibition portion. The base portion may include an electronic display, an auxiliary battery, and an auxiliary controller. The auxiliary controller may direct power from the auxiliary battery to the electronic display upon determining that a battery within the electronic display has fallen below a particular selected level. Similarly the auxiliary controller may direct power from the auxiliary battery to the portable electronic device offered for sale upon determining that a battery within the portable electronic device has fallen below a selected level.
MUSEUM SHOWCASE HAVING A TRANSPARENT WALL PROVIDED WITH AN OPAQUE SHIELDING
Museum showcase with a case containing a separate exhibition space with respect to the external environment. The case includes at least one transparent wall provided with an opaque shielding. The transparent wall is layered and includes at least two glass slabs coupled to each other along respective proximal faces. The opaque shielding is applied to one of the two glass slabs, on the proximal face thereof. The opaque shielding is therefore completely contained between the two glass slabs.
