Sawing machine for bevel cuts
A sawing machine for bevel cuts having an upper saw portion with two running wheels, one of which is motor driven, a saw band which rotates about the running wheels, a lifting and lowering device for the upward and downward movement of the upper saw portion to move the saw band with a sawing advance movement in a sawing region, a transport path for supplying a workpiece in a supply direction to the sawing region, a frame, on which the upper saw portion is retained and which is pivotable about a vertical axis in order to adjust a bevel angle between the saw band and the supply direction. A movable sawing table is arranged in the sawing region for positioning the workpiece to be sawn and a clamping vice for clamping the workpiece during the sawing operation. The sawing table and the clamping vice are constructed to be movable in and counter to the supply direction.
Guide block assembly for controlling a saw blade
A guide block assembly for controlling a saw blade of a band saw during cutting. The assembly includes a mounting part having a rear part adapted for securing the guide block assembly to the band saw frame and a front part for detachably securing a thrust part. The thrust part includes at least two thrust slats detachably secured in the front part of the mounting part. The slats are aligned and spaced apart around a center section of the front part. When using the guide block assembly, vibrations, chattering and heating of the saw blade are substantially reduced, and the production rate and speed are increased. The guide block assembly is typically used for band saws that have a cutting speed of between 1800-6000 m/min, pulley wheels having diameters of 1000-2500 mm, and saw blade widths in the range of 80-360 mm.

Sawmill carriage assembly
A method for constructing a lower section of a sawmill carriage assembly comprises holding structural components between a pair of metal plates, and affixing the plates and the structural components together. The structural components may include wheels that guide the sawhead in linear movement along a track on a sawmill bed, to which the carriage base is attached. The structural components may also include a track cleaning system disposed between the metal plates. The track cleaning system maintains optimal track conditions.

Band saw machine
A band saw machine has two deflection pulleys arranged one above the other in the vertical direction, an endless saw band, which is guided around the deflection pulleys and which has an upward running portion and a downward running portion, and a machine frame, which has a saw neck for holding at least the upper deflection pulley. The deflection pulleys are arranged substantially parallel to a front edge of the machine frame, so that both the upward running portion and the downward running portion of the saw band face towards the front edge with their cutting edges. The saw neck is arranged offset from the deflection pulleys from the front edge (6) to the rear. Both the upward running portion and the downward running portion of the saw band are at least partially exposed between the deflection pulleys.

Rotational saw bow device without rotary axis and sawing machine
A rotational saw bow device without a rotary axis includes a saw bow seat, a fixed portion and a rotating device. The fixed portion is connected to the saw bow seat. The rotating device is disposed between the saw bow seat and the fixed portion, and the rotating device includes a driving component, an angle adjustment portion, a trajectory portion and a rotating mechanism. The driving component drives a gear wheel portion to rotate on the angle adjustment portion, so that the rotating mechanism moves along the trajectory portion to rotate the saw bow seat. In addition, a sawing machine includes the rotational saw bow device.

PORTABLE BAND SAW WITH CHIP VENT AND TIRE BRUSH
A hand-held band saw has a housing having an opening defining a cut zone. A first wheel and a second wheel are supported by the housing. The first and second wheels define a blade support portion configured to support a continuous blade to be driven through the cut zone. A handle extends from the housing, the handle having a grip portion. A blade guard is coupled to the housing and configured to move between open and closed positions with respect to the housing. The blade guard is configured to cover the blade support portion in the closed position. A chip vent is configured to provide an outlet for workpiece debris formed during a cutting operation, and a tire brush is configured to engage at least one of the first or second wheels to remove workpiece debris from the at least one of the first or second wheels.
