CIRCULAR SAW BLADE
A circular saw blade includes a plurality of cutting teeth repeatedly alternating between a first set of cutting teeth and a second set of cutting teeth around the periphery of the saw blade. Each first set of cutting teeth includes at least two efficient cutting teeth, each second set of cutting teeth comprising at least ne robust cutting tooth. Each first set of teeth and each second set of teeth are configured such that, if one tooth in the first set of teeth breaks, the chip load in the immediately following second set of teeth increases by less than approximately 45%.
CIRCULAR SAW BLADE
A circular saw blade comprising: a rigid central disk that is provided with a central pass-through hole adapted to be engaged by the machine-tool spindle; and a series of teeth that jut out from the periphery of the rigid central disk in a substantially radial direction, are suitably spaced along the periphery of the rigid central disk and have, on their front edge, a cutting insert; at least one of said teeth being provided with a plate-like protruding ridge or appendage that projects from the back of the tooth, towards the cutting insert of the following tooth, and is tapered towards its distal end; said protruding appendage and the front edge of the following tooth being shaped so as to form a substantially circular-shaped gullet in front of the following tooth.
ASPHALT SAW BLADE
A unique design is provided that increases the strength and extends the life of an asphalt saw blade. The asphalt saw blade may include a main body, outer plates and cutter assemblies that are secured to the main body and outer plates. The cutter assemblies can include a front cutter component and a rear cutter component that interlock. The front cutter component may include cutting elements and a plate that reinforces the cutting elements while also shielding the front cutter component's main body from wear. The rear cutter component may also include cutting elements.
APPARATUS FOR EDGE TRIMMING OF SEMICONDUCTOR WAFERS
Methods and apparatus for pre-treating semiconductor wafers before edge trimming to enhance wafer edge quality prior to thinning the semiconductor wafers from an initial thickness, and increasing yield post-thinning of the pre-treated, edge trimmed semiconductor wafers.
Self-sharpening cutting tooth for a felling apparatus
A cutting tooth includes a tooth body having a mounting side, a front face spaced from the mounting side, and a plurality of lateral faces extending between the mounting side and the front face, the tooth body having an interior hardness, and a coating applied to at least one of the lateral faces to form a lateral hardface, the lateral hardface having a hardface hardness greater than the interior hardness, an edge of the lateral hardface closest to the front face and a portion of the front face adjacent the edge of the lateral hardface defining a cutting edge region of the tooth.
CUT-OFF SAW
A cut-off saw includes a housing, a motor supported within the housing, the motor having an output shaft operable at maximum speed greater than 10,000 revolutions per minute, and a battery configured to power the motor. The battery has an output voltage greater than 40 volts. The cut-off saw also includes a drive pulley coupled to the output shaft, a driven pulley connected to the drive pulley by a synchronous belt, and a cutting wheel coupled to the driven pulley. The cutting wheel has a diameter greater than 9 inches.

SAWBLADE FOR A CIRCULAR SAW, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SAWBLADE, AND CIRCULAR SAWING MACHINE
A sawblade for a circular saw, including a round, disk-shaped core blade made from one or more parts, with a plurality of circumferentially distributed saw teeth being arranged at its external perimeter and with its center comprising a connection for fastening the sawblade at a driveshaft, and at least one side area of the core blade including open channels 7 for guiding liquids. A circular sawing machine having such a sawblade and a method for producing such a sawblade are also provided.
Method for Manufacturing a Continuous Drill Ring for a Core Drill Bit
A method for manufacturing a continuous drill ring for a core drill bit is disclosed. The method includes forming at least two green compacts in layers in a direction of formation between a bottom side and a top side by successively applying powder layers containing a powder mixture and diamond layers containing diamond particles that are arranged in a set pattern. The green compacts are shaped into ring segments under the effect of pressure. The ring segments are joined in a circular manner and they are sintered under the effect of heat so as to obtain a continuous drill ring.
CIRCULAR BLADE CORES WITH REMOVABLE SECTIONS AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY AND USE
Tool cores may have removable sections, which may be removable without damaging, cutting or severing attachment configurations for the removable sections. The removable sections may be handled simultaneously. Moving parts used to facilitate removal of the removable sections may be secured in a pre-loaded configuration.
