FRAMELESS REFRIGERATED CASE
20180103776 · 2018-04-19 ·

A refrigerated case includes an insulated ceiling member defining the top of a refrigerated space, and an end cap defining a front of the insulated ceiling member. The end cap includes an aperture having an opening at a bottom edge of the end cap. A mullion is arranged substantially normal to the insulated ceiling member. A mullion cap defines a front of the mullion and includes a tongue portion extending above the mullion. The tongue portion is arranged to fit within the aperture. The mullion cap and the end cap cooperate to define a first planar sealing surface. A door is pivotably attached to the refrigerated case and includes a second planar sealing surface that is engageable with the first planar sealing surface when the door is in a closed position to define a substantially air tight seal therebetween.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVING AIR CURTAINS IN REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CASES

A refrigerated display case includes a duct for directing an air stream, an air curtain discharge, an advance discharge opening, and an air curtain return. The air curtain discharge is coupled to the duct to discharge the air stream to produce an air curtain. The advance discharge opening is coupled to the duct upstream of the air curtain discharge to produce an auxiliary air stream directed towards the air curtain, forming a redirected air curtain. The air curtain return receives the redirected air curtain for recirculation to the duct.

Modular wall system for displaying a product

A system for displaying a product is disclosed. The system includes a wall having a recess therein and a display structure that defines the recess. The display structure extends through a front surface of the wall and includes a frame having a top panel, a bottom panel, and two side panels. The top and bottom panels are longer than the side panels. The system further includes a plurality of modular display units disposed within the display structure. Each modular display unit extends from the bottom panel to the top panel. At least a first one of the modular display units includes a frame open to a front exterior of the display structure and at least a second one of the modular display units is not open to the front exterior of the display structure. The system further includes a plurality of display elements disposed within the plurality of display units.

MUSEUM SHOWCASE HAVING DRAWERS WITH A MOTORIZED ACTUATION SYSTEM
20180070745 · 2018-03-15 ·

This showcase (10) for conserving and displaying objects in a protective environment comprises a frame (20), at least one drawer (30), a pair of sliding guides (40) for each drawer (30), and a motorised actuation system (50) formed by a first arm (51) and an actuator (52). The showcase (10) with this motorised actuation system (50) makes it possible to minimise the vibrations and the sudden movements of the drawers (30) when opening and closing, hence it limits accelerations at any point of the travel, thus allowing the correct conservation of the objects displayed in the drawers (30).
