A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a tray on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The tray may include a notch for accessing the merchandising product from below and the product management display system may be thin to minimize vertical height. The trays may also be engaged with the shelf and may be, locked and unlocked.

The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a composite plastic component having a first section surrounded by a second section. The method includes positioning a first section on a mold, the mold having a curved top surface. The method includes heating a second section in the form of a frame, and positioning the second section about the first section on the mold. The method includes pressing the first and second sections on the curved mold to curve the first and second sections in conformance with the curve of the mold, and to attach the frame to the first section. The method includes removing the curved first section and frame from the mold, cooling the curved first section and frame, and allowing the first section to return from a curved shape to a planar shape.

A hutch unit including a front panel, a back panel, and two laterally opposing sidewalls hingedly connected to the front panel. One or more shelf units are provided, each shelf unit including a front shelf edge hingedly connected to the front panel and a rear shelf edge hingedly connected to the back panel. A product display for multiple types of products is provided. The product display includes a front wall having a plurality of openings through which can be shown the product portion of a blister pack. Each of the plurality of openings receive a cover of a corresponding type of blister pack. The product display includes a rear wall spaced apart from the front wall. The product display includes a bottom wall connected to the front wall and the rear wall. The product display also includes a pair of side walls spaced apart from each other and extending between the front wall and the rear wall. The product display further includes one or more partition walls disposed between the pair of side walls. The one or more partition walls define a plurality of compartments corresponding to the plurality of openings. Each compartment can hold the product shown in the blister pack extending from the front wall.

A product display system for use with sales of consumer products. The display includes a rack with at least one shelf to display screening products and a cross member for supporting a display assembly. The display assembly has a support channel with a bracket attached to the cross member. The display assembly also includes a housing sized to be received in the support channel. The display housing includes a base with a rear wall and upper and lower channel guides. The channel guides define opposing sets of channels for receiving a graphic insert with printed information and a transparent acrylic insert. The transparent insert has printed on it screen designs to allow viewing of the printed information through screen product designs displayed on the product display system.

An apparatus is disclosed that provides a storage system designed to allow pickers to easily and efficiently pull products from all portions of the storage system from a single side of the storage system. The storage system includes a first storage rack that has a first plurality of columns and a first platform extending from one of the first plurality of columns. An outer edge of the first platform forms an end of the first storage rack. Positioned adjacent to the first storage rack is a second storage rack with a second plurality of columns and a second platform that extends from one of the second plurality of columns, where an outer edge of the second platform forms an end of the second storage rack. An aisle is formed by a predetermined distance between the outer edges of the first and second platforms.

A retail display unit includes a base having a frame member and a bracket coupled to the frame member and a holder. The bracket is configured to mount to a retail display fixture. The holder is coupled to the frame member and includes a front, a back, opposing sides, a bottom and is configured to hold and display products of different shapes. The bottom of the holder includes a first curved surface, a second curved surface and a channel located between the first and second curved surfaces and extends from the front to the back of the holder.
