RETAIL UPRIGHT SHELF EXTENDER
A corrugated shelf extender having an upper section and a lower section is provided. The lower section is configured to be received by an inner area of a vertical support post. The upper section is configured to extend above the vertical support post so as to provide support for signage or the like. The lower section includes a channel that is configured so as to enable a section of the vertical support post that receives the lower section of the shelf extender to be simultaneously utilized by the shelf extender and one or more mounting lug. The corrugated shelf extender is manufactured from a flat piece of continuous corrugated material by folding the corrugated material so as to fabricate an inner portion and an outer portion. The inner portion includes an upper portion that nests within the outer portion and a lower portion that extends from the outer portion such that the upper section of the shelf extender includes the outer portion and the upper portion of the inner portion and the lower section of the shelf extender includes the lower portion of the inner portion.
Display Assembly
A display system has conductive shelf support brackets. A pair of conductive standards has slots, supporting at least one of the conductive shelf support brackets. The conductive standards have front and back standard surfaces. The front and back standard surfaces have a conductive protective coating. An insulating standard cover is pre-formed and preconfigured prior to assembly to the conductive standards. The insulating standard cover covers at least one of the conductive standards. An illumination structure includes a circuit board, and an array of light emitting diodes (LEDs) on a surface of the circuit board, and a connector at each end of the circuit board. Each connector is adapted to connect to a respective one of the shelf support brackets. A low voltage power supply, is electrically connected to the conductive standards and configured so that current travels from the low voltage power supply, conducted by the conductive standards, past the insulating rail cover, through the shelf support brackets, through the circuit board, to power each of the LEDs, and to illuminate local parts of the display shelf system.
Header support system
A header support system for supporting a product display header on a pegboard panel includes a pegboard bracket, a support arm, an extension arm and a front plate. The pegboard bracket includes a backplate member having an upper portion, a lower portion and a front face, a spacer member, a plurality of spaced apart upper prongs for engaging the pegboard panel, a plurality of spaced apart lower prongs for engaging the pegboard panel and a plurality of first connection elements. The support arm includes substantially perpendicular first and second elongated members with connection elements for securing the support arm to the pegboard bracket. The extension arm slidably engages the second elongated member and the front plate is disposed at a proximate end of the extension arm for receiving the product display header.
Truss Based Display System
An adjustable truss structure for a display is provided and includes a vertical truss member, a vertical channel having a vertical slot therein, the vertical channel being attached to the vertical truss member, and a horizontal rail having a horizontal slot. An anchor is attached to the horizontal rail. The anchor has a member rotatable to a first position where the member is insertable into the vertical slot and rotatable to a second position to engage with a surface of the vertical channel, thereby enabling the horizontal rail to be selectively moved up and down the vertical channel and locked into a selected fixed position with respect to the vertical channel. A support member has a channel with a U-shaped cross-section, the channel being hooked into the horizontal slot of the horizontal rail and being horizontally slidable in the horizontal slot.
RETAIL SHELF MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD
The present invention provides an innovative method and system for monitoring a retail shelf supply, which is designed to monitor retail shelves in real-time to ensure inventory control, product availability, etc.
Display assembly support with low voltage bus
At least one pair of conductive standards have a plurality of slots for receiving and supporting the conductive support brackets of a display module, with a low voltage power source electrically connected to the pair of conductive standards for supplying power to the display module through the conductive standards and support brackets.
Truss based display system
A display unit comprising a plurality of vertical truss members anchored to a floor surface; a plurality of horizontal rails attached to the vertical truss members thereby forming a frame; a horizontal track anchored to a floor surface in front of the vertical truss members; a plurality of cantilever supports attached across the top of the frame, the cantilever supports each having a front portion providing an upper frame and lower frame; a plurality of upper rectangular panels mounted in a first row adjacent one another in the upper frames; a plurality of lower rectangular panels mounted in the lower frames adjacent one another a second row below the first row; first and second side panels anchored to the floor track and to a plurality of the horizontal rails; a plurality of cabinets located adjacent one another between the first and second side panels and anchored to the floor track and at least one of said horizontal rails; and a plurality of display panels disposed between the top surfaces of the cabinets and the lower edges of the lower rectangular panels.
HIGHLIGHTER TOOL FOR GREETING CARD DISPLAY
A highlighter tool for enhanced display of greeting cards on a store shelf is provided. The highlighter includes a display portion, one or more support members coupled to the display portion, and one or more receiving notches coupled to the display portion for receiving a portion of a shelf and supporting the highlighter. In one exemplary embodiment, the highlighter includes a first receiving notch, a first support member, and a left wall aligned and coupled with a left edge of the display portion, and a right receiving notch, a second support member, and a right wall aligned and coupled with a right edge of the display portion. The highlighter may comprise a first and a second half rotatably coupled with a center hinge, and left and right walls rotatably coupled to the respective first and second halves, allowing the highlighter tool to be folded into a compact configuration for storage.
Serving stadium
A display capable of being constructed from panels, shelving, racks, fixtures, endcaps, stands, or other implements. The display may include planar panels capable of being folded and assembled into a serving stadium having a tiered structure for displaying food and other items.
Retractable Tile System for Retail Shelf
A merchandising system for a retail shelf, the merchandising system including a frame configured to attach to the retail shelf and including a hinge extending between a first end and a second end of the frame, a plurality of tiles each pivotally coupled to the hinge and operable to independently rotate about the hinge from a first position to a second position, and an actuator system coupled to the hinge and selectively engageable with the plurality of tiles to simultaneously move the plurality of tiles from the first position to the second position.
