The invention relates to a shelf element (1) for a shelf of a rack. The shelf element (1) comprises an upper side (2), a lower side (3) and an elongated main body (6). The main body (6), as seen in cross-section, has two limb portions (6.1, 6.2) and an intermediate portion (6.3) located therebetween, wherein the intermediate portion (6.3) is assigned to the upper side (2) of the shelf element (1). The main body (6) also has at least one through-passage opening (7) that passes through at least one of the limb portions (6.1, 6.2) and/or the intermediate portion (6.3) transversely with respect to the longitudinal extent of the main body (6). In addition at least one coupling location (10) is provided in each case in the area of the longitudinal-side ends (8, 9) of the shelf element (1), which coupling location (10) is configured to couple an add-on part and/or a shelf component and/or a rack component. At least one rib (12) is provided, which is assigned to the intermediate portion (6.3) and has a longitudinal extent in the longitudinal direction of the main body (6). In addition or alternatively, a separate reinforcing element (50) is assigned to the main body (6), in order to reinforce the main body (6) against forces acting transversely with respect to its longitudinal extent. Furthermore, the invention comprises an extruded profile (40) for manufacturing such a shelf element (1; 3). In addition, the invention comprises a shelf frame, a shelf system and a rack.

Wedge apparatus for retail device display

This document describes a wedge apparatus for retail device display. The techniques described herein provide a seamless graphic panel on an attachment surface that can be used to present any one of a plurality of different hardware devices on a complex plastic-injection molded assembly. The attachment surface of the wedge apparatus includes a single surface with a plurality of hole patterns, each usable for mounting a different hardware device for retail display. The wedge apparatus provides connection points for attachment of an interchangeable graphic panel, which includes a single hole-pattern accommodating one of the plurality of devices to be displayed. The seamless joining of the various parts of the wedge apparatus enables the graphic panel to be wrapped around the wedge apparatus without a seam being visible through the material of the graphic panel.

Drawer device (501) having a surveillance space (R) for storing piece goods (G), the drawer device having a base (410) and four side walls (510), and having at least one separating element (330), which is inserted parallel to the side walls (510), such that at least two partial sections (TB) are created, wherein at least one partial section (TB) has, on at least two opposing sides, respectively, at least one sensor assembly (100) having a plurality of signal transmitting devices (21) and/or signal receiving devices (22), respectively one control electronics (16) for power supply, control and/or processing of signals (S), wherein a signal (S) of a signal transmitting device (21) of a sensor assembly (100) is detectable from a plurality of signal receiving devices (22) of the opposing sensor assembly (100), and the at least one separating element (330) is positionable approximately parallel to a signal direction (5) between the signal transmitting devices and the signal receiving devices.

Shelf system

A shelf system includes: a shelf body with at least one storage space; an item identification pattern on a horizontal edge of the storage space and extending by a preset length along a length direction of the horizontal edge; an image capture unit configured to obtain image information of the storage space, the image information including the item identification pattern; and a processor configured to, based on the image information, determine storage situation of a matching item that matches the item identification pattern and is stored in a preset placement range in the storage space. The preset placement range is an extension space which is in the storage space and which is defined by a horizontal plane corresponding to an extension range of the item identification pattern by a preset extension length. There is a preset correspondence relationship between the item identification pattern and the matching item.
