PRESERVATION SYSTEM FOR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

As disclosed herein, a preservation system for perishable products in a display case comprises a control valve for connection to a water supply. A pressure regulator is connected to the control valve for reducing water pressure. A plurality of piezoelectric transducer nebulizers are operatively mounted to the display case in spaced apart relation to one another and are fluidically connected in series with an output of the pressure regulator to emit a dry fog. A control system comprises a controller for controlling a duty cycle of a pulse signal to vibrate the piezoelectric transducers in the plurality of nebulizers, and a timer for alternately generating an on and an off signal to periodically control the valve to supply water to the pressure regulator and to enable the controller whereby the nebulizers emit the dry fog to maintain desired relative humidity level throughout the display case.

A dispensing ramp is arranged at an angle between the opposed side walls. A front wall extends between the opposed side walls. A space between the front wall and the dispensing ramp define a dispenser opening. A divider wall extends between the opposed side walls. The divider wall extends in an elongated dimension with a lower end spaced apart from the dispenser ramp by a predetermined distance.

To-go cubby unit

A cubby unit includes a unit housing, a plurality of cubbies disposed within the unit housing, and an interface positioned along the unit housing. Each of the plurality of cubbies includes a cubby housing defining an internal compartment and a door coupled to the cubby housing. The door facilitates accessing the internal compartment of the cubby housing. The interface provides a cubby selection interface that facilitates manual assignment of a respective cubby to a respective order by an employee.

The air duct 18 extends from an inlet 42, 44 to multiple outlets 46 which are in communication with the storage spaces. The display unit further comprises a transparent wall 48, 50, which is positioned in the main chamber 26 between the first open front side and the second open front side, and divides the main chamber in a first chamber 52 and a second chamber 54.

A device for stacking, displaying, and serving one or more food items is disclosed. The device may include a base. The device may also include a shaft. The shaft may include at least a first end and a second end. The first end may be removably coupled with the base. The second end may be configured to connect with a removable cap. The device may also include a plurality of stacker pieces. Each stacker piece of the plurality of stacker pieces may be configured to support a food item along positions of the shaft. Each stacker piece may include a support member and a protrusion. The protrusion may have a diameter greater than the diameter of the shaft such that the protrusion is configured to surround the shaft. The support member may include at least one of a bowl, a spoke, a cake pop holder, a disk, or a plate.

Container system

A container system is provided comprising an upper container and a clip body configured to attach to the top of a lower container. The clip body includes outer securing structures comprised of tabs and ledges to releasably attach to the lip of a circular rim of the lower container. Wings are configured to flex under an influence of a digit of a user to bias the ledges away from the central region of the clip body, thereby releasing the lower container.

A product display assembly includes a body, at least one support, and at least one product holder. The body defines an interior volume and includes a base. The at least one support is mounted to the base of the body, and disposed within the interior volume. The support includes a foot and a stem extending from the foot. The at least one product holder is mounted to the at least one support, and is configured to hold a product at an orientation that is oblique to the foot plane.
