Solder device and system controller thereof
A solder device includes a light source, a solder module, an optical guiding assembly, a sensor and a feedback controller. The light source emits waveband light guided to a to-be-soldered area for heating. The optical guiding assembly is disposed between the light source and the solder module, and the waveband light is guided to the solder module by the optical guiding assembly. The sensor is disposed on another side of the optical guiding assembly for receiving a sensing light beam and then generating a sensing signal. The sensing light beam is guided to the sensor by the optical guiding assembly. The feedback controller is connected with the sensor and the light source for receiving the sensing signal and then controlling the light source. The optical guiding assembly, the sensor and the feedback controller are integrated as a system controller. Therefore, the volume and weight of the solder module are compacted.
LASER SOLDERING METHOD AND DEVICE
A hot wind is blown to a land and a lead from the underside of a printed board, to perform preheating. At the start of preheating or after start of preheating, a laser beam is applied to a soldering point, and meanwhile, wire solder is fed to a position contacting with the soldering point. The fed wire solder is melted by the laser beam. After soldering is finished, feeding of the wire solder is stopped. Application of the laser beam is stopped, to solidify the melted solder.

SOLDER PASTE MISPRINT CLEANING
A processor receives solder paste information, where the solder paste information describes a solder paste used in assembly of a printed circuit board. A processor determines a minimum magnetic force required for removing the solder paste from the printed circuit board based on the solder paste information. A processor receives electromagnet information, where the electromagnet information describes an electromagnet used in cleaning of a misprint of the solder paste on the printed circuit board. A processor determines a minimum amount of power to provide the electromagnet to induce the minimum magnetic force in the electromagnet, where the determination of the amount of power is based on the electromagnet information and the minimum magnetic force. A processor adjusts an amount of power applied to the electromagnet to at least the determined minimum amount of power to clean the misprint of the solder paste from the printed circuit board.
