INSPECTION APPARATUS AND COMPONENT MOUNTING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
A component mounting system and a method for inspecting mounted components are provided. A component mounting system according to an embodiment, comprises a solder inspection apparatus comparing coordinate information of the solder, which is obtained through measurement of a substrate to which solder is applied, with reference coordinate information to generate coordinate correction data; and a first mounting inspection apparatus comparing a first measurement data obtained by measuring mounting state of a component when the component is mounted based on the coordination correction data through a component mounting apparatus, with the coordinate correction data to verify whether a component is mounted on a position corrected based on the coordinate correction data. In this manner, by adding the verification function for the performance function of the component mounting apparatus to the inspection apparatus, it is possible to monitor the operation state of the component mounting apparatus in each process step.

Flux composition
A flux composition includes a component (A) that is a powder of an alkali metal zinc fluoroaluminate represented by “M.sub.wZn.sub.xAl.sub.yF.sub.z (1)” (wherein M is K or Cs, and w, x, y, and z are a positive integer, the greatest common divisor of w, x, y, and z being 1), the content of the component (A) in the flux composition being 50 mass % or more. The flux composition prevents occurrence of a brazing defect and discoloration even when an aluminum alloy is brazed in an atmosphere having a high oxygen concentration, or an atmosphere having high humidity.
Bond heads for thermocompression bonders, thermocompression bonders, and methods of operating the same
A bond head for a thermocompression bonder is provided. The bond head includes a tool configured to hold a workpiece to be bonded, a heater configured to heat the workpiece to be bonded, and a chamber proximate the heater. The chamber is configured to receive a cooling fluid for cooling the heater.

SYSTEM FOR CONNECTING ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES
A system for connecting electronic assemblies, in particular a soldering and/or sintering system, has a transport device for conveying the assemblies through the system, with a plurality of gas-tightly separable modules for connecting the assemblies to one another. At least one module is a soldering and/or sintering module and one module is a cooling module. Between the soldering/sintering and the cooling module, a further module is a soft cooling module for cooling between a process temperature of the soldering or sintering module and an intermediate temperature, in particular below a solder solidification temperature. In a soldering or sintering module in a gas-tightly sealable process chamber, in particular in the soft cooling module, at least one heat source is contactable with the assemblies for heating the assemblies and at least one cold trap is arranged, having in operation a surface temperature which is lower than a heat source operating temperature.
PRINTING DEVICE AND PRINTING METHOD
To suppress waste of bonding material in a printing device. A printing device includes a dispenser, a squeegee, and a controller. The dispenser individually feeds bonding material to a plurality of apertures formed in a mask. The squeegee moves with an edge portion pressed against the mask and prints the bonding material fed to the apertures from the dispenser on a substrate. The controller drive-controls the dispenser and the squeegee.
SYSTEM FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD UNLOCKING AND AUTOMATED REFLOW CARRIER RECYCLING
In embodiments, a PCB reflow process may be carried out by the components of an automated system working together to separate PCBs from reflow carriers and transport the reflow carriers back to a previous station of the PCB reflow system. The automated reflow carrier recycling system that is described herein may include a clip unlocking mechanism, a PCB pickup mechanism, a shifter, one or more lifters, and one or more overhead conveyors.
Cooling system for a reflow furnace
Disclosed in the present application is a cooling system for a reflow furnace, the reflow furnace comprising a heating zone, and the cooling system being used to regulate a temperature of the heating zone, the cooling system comprising: at least one gas inlet and at least one gas discharge port, the at least one gas inlet and the at least one gas discharge port being disposed on the heating zone; a blowing apparatus; at least one gas intake pipeline, an inlet of the at least one gas intake pipeline being connected to the blowing apparatus, an outlet of the at least one gas intake pipeline being connected to the at least one gas inlet, the at least one gas intake pipeline being able to controllably establish fluid communication between the blowing apparatus and the at least one gas inlet; and at least one gas discharge pipeline, an inlet of the at least one gas discharge pipeline being connected to the at least one gas discharge port, an outlet of the at least one gas discharge pipeline being connected to the outside, and the at least one gas discharge pipeline being able to controllably establish fluid communication between the at least one gas discharge port and the outside. The cooling system of the present application can shorten the time taken for the reflow furnace to change from a higher heating temperature to a lower heating temperature.
Device and method for reel-to-reel laser reflow
The present invention relates to a reel-to-reel layer reflow method, which emits a uniformized laser beam, which can easily adjust the emission area, and which is for the purpose of improving productivity. An embodiment of the present invention provides a reel-to-reel layer reflow method comprising the steps of: a) transferring a substrate, which has been wound in a roll type, to one side while unwinding the same; b) forming a solder portion on the substrate; c) seating an emission target element on the solder portion and seating a non-emission target element on the substrate; d) surface-emitting a laser beam to the solder portion, on which the emission target element is seated, such that the emission target element is attached to the substrate; e) inspecting the substrate structure manufactured through said step d); and f) winding the substrate structure in a roll type.
